people lives better; not worse. And it didn't work out in this situation. Please keep in mind this is very very uncommon for us.
All of our calls are supposed to be scrubbed with Do Not Call Registry, so I'm confused how your number got past. There are only a couple solutions that I came up with. Either the software made a mistake or we somehow received permission to call you.
You obviously didn't want to be called so I can only assume that the software made a mistake. I have a meeting set up with our phone service to see where the mistake happened. Currently there is only one other case that I know about this happening. That was 18 months ago.
The phone service has a log. In the log it shows you were called on 11/30. It also shows "DO NOT CALL". So please rest assured we will not bother you again and are working on a solution for this to never happen again.

We are very happy with the service. They pay attention to detail, showed us how to use the system online and were very helpful with answering questions. Also, Erica and Chang were very helpful and professional; whenever we had a question they were prompt with their responses. The company overall did a great job!

Very god solar company. The initial proposal was laid out very well and in simple terms which was easy to understand. The installers were very thoughtful and respectful of our home while installing our solar array. Everything works exactly as described and consistently produces the power I was looking for in a solar system. I would rate my experience with this company as Top Notch - Well done Freedom Solar.

very diligently to reach homeowners that have requested our phone call. I was able to find her contact information and note that she does NOT want to be called.
It looks like we input into our CRM that the customer was not interested. This happened ~7/2015. Then somehow we called [redacted] again 4/2016! I don't know if our system messed up (most likely) or if customer initiated a call from us through our website (less likely). I will do some more research to figure out how this happened.
Either way we are very sorry for the inconvenience and you will not receive another call from us.

I learned early, in order to get comparative bids, I specified my system - Size (3.6 kW); 12 - LG 300W panels; 12 - Enphase® M250 inverters. I solicited 8 bids and considered the 3 most competitive. Due Dil on Angies List, Yelp, other consumer blogs & Revdex.com. Freedom Solar was the most competitive, and held stellar ratings. Signed the contract, Chrissy (sales contact) walked me through every step & tempered my expectation on time frames for each step (more time than I expected). Calls, emails & texts were the sources of communication. Follow-up with other parts of the company were excellent, too. Signed contract/deposit beginning of Oct & Permission to Operate (PTO) from SDG&E end of December! Actually used upgraded panels (better panels than I called for) brought system to 3.72kW at no additional charge!! Crews were very helpful and answered all my questions. A great experience & I have recommended them to friends already.

Working with IID (Imperial Irrigation Districts) has been very challenging. We've been working very hard with IID and Mrs [redacted] to get her permit/rebate for installation. It has taken very long since IID has not cooperated.
Currently we have plans submitted and rebate submitted.
Mrs [redacted] requested to cancel her job due to the timeline. We informed her to send the cancellation in writing via email or mail per her agreement with us. We also need to be reimbursed for the money spent on design and plan submission. The total cost for the design and submission is $630.
We need written notice of cancellation. And then we will refund $7,370.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

I do not agree with their response.
The loan from HERO was approved and available on 5/21/15 and they had until 9/25/15 to complete the project and submit the completion certificate to HERO to get paid. I am requesting the full $8000.00 that I sent to Freedom Solar because it is not my fault of their negligence.
I do not think they should be asking for a reimbursement on the design and plan submission because they have given me no choice then to want to cancel because of their negligence.
I don't understand how Freedom Solar is saying that they were working really hard when they had more then enough time to submit any applications requested by IID (Imperil Irrigation District). Freedom Solar sent the application to IID on July 21st, 2015 and that is only because I contacted them to see what the status was on my solar project. That is when I found out that they had not processed my application. Freedom Solar wasted 105 days (from April 31st 2015 to July 21st 2015) that could have been used to correct any discrepancies on the application or any other form required.
Around August 19th, 2015 I spoke with [redacted] from Freedom Solar to find out what had happened with the IID rebate application. She told me for me to contact Javier from IID to find out about my rebate.
Thanks to Javier from IID I was able to find out that my rebate application had not been approved because the application was submitted incomplete by Freedom Solar.
Also thanks to Luis Garcia, another IID employee, who provide me with an email confirmation about the incomplete rebate application submitted by Freedom Solar.
Due to these circumstances, I searched information on [redacted], the person who sold and created the solar panels contract, thinking that this might be a fraud and found out that he does not have a contractor state license to sale solar panels.

take some time, but we will keep working until you are completely happy with the finished product.
It has and will always be challenging working with RPU; They really don't like people leaving there utility. And RPU is intimately involved with the permitting department. It's not an excuse; we should have organized your project better, but rest assured we will get your project completed properly.

This company is one of the best solar companies in the area! They are kind, courteous, attentive and genuinely care about the customer. They were able to quickly install the solar panels and help me start saving money on my electricity bill. I would highly recommend anyone whose looking at solar to use this company!
