Hello sir, I am very sorry for the issues we have caused. I just checked with Barb and she has replied all your emails but it seems they are not getting to you. For that I apologize.We are waiting for the magnets to arrive this week. The supplier has been pushing it out and pushing
it out. But we are sending your ankle holsters today so that you don't have to wait for those any longer. Our system will hold orders that have multiple items until everything is in stockBut we will override that and make sure your holsters go out today. So sorry about all this!Chris

[redacted]gMs. [redacted],Last time we corresponded I noted that I might have to re-open the complaint pending the vendor's actually fulfilling their promise.Well, that has happened.  They refunded the overcharge amount, not the total amount.  And they never shipped any product that would have covered the non-overcharge amount.  So it looks like they intend to keep all my money without shipping anything.So, I would like to re-open the complaint and demand that they refund me in full.  thank you,[redacted]
