[redacted] I have confirmed the warranty has been cancelled and as soon as the money is sent back from the warranty company you will be sent a checkI understand it was long overdue, and I wish I could tell you that the problem was generated by anything other than human error and oversight However I have spoken with our accounts payable department and as soon as the money hits it will be paid out promptly

After looking at the transaction, the following was discovered On first payment: The vehicle was purchased on a month lease which means first payment is done up frontCustomer has more payments left from initial contract dateHe was not asked for any monies upfront Technically whole transaction was done with no money down or initial payment.The vehicle was purchased with us also satisfying the remaining balance of his trade, which was roughly $in paymentsAgain, he was not asked for any monies upfront and all he did was sign and driveThe Finance manager numerous times did speak to the customer about the transaction, explaining to him the information I had written downAt no point did the he say that since the customer already signed that the customer had no recourseHe tried to explain to him down to the penny how the transaction was done and referenced his contract If he still needs further assistance, please feel free to have him call me at [redacted] to address the issue further

The check for the remote start has been mailed out approximately three weeks agoAnd she has just picked up her car after damages have been repaired

I understand your position , however this was due to scheduled payments and not part of the deal, whether it was returned here or at a *** dealership, has no bearing on what was owedIf you can show that any part of your bill is due to our faultFor example: late return fee, we will gladly

I am rejecting this response because: The bill is showing an additional monthly payment because the vehicle was returned three weeks lateThis monthly payment did not ehist in fact *** stated my last payment would have been December 13th if the vehicle had been returned on timeI will get the breakdown of the bill for you however it is very difficult to reach youHow would you like me to give it to you and when would everything be resolvedI have been dealing with this issue since January.
