Sorry for the miscommunication. Revdex.com did not talk to the son. But Ashley did talk to the Father of the customer. Still waiting on response from warranty company. He was advised by Ashley on the time needed to have everything applied to his account.

There may be a simple misunderstanding about the price you are referring too, may times looking at the top line of a sales & finance contract it reflects the total including Tax, Lic and even finance charges that are on top of the vehicle sale price. In addition, you referenced a 7% interest rate along with a 3% and a 4% interest rate and this is why it will be best to invite you in with your contacts and review them with you one on one and look at options on helping you purchase another vehicle. [redacted] I have confirmed the warranty has been cancelled and as soon as the money is sent back from the warranty company you will be sent a check. I understand it was long overdue, and I wish I could tell you that the problem was generated by anything other than human error and oversight....

However I have spoken with our accounts payable department and as soon as the money hits it will be paid out promptly.

I am rejecting this response because: Both of these answers are completely untrue.  #1, I have still yet NOT received the money ($798) refunded to me for the remote starter, he overcharged me for the starter, did not give full disclosure on it  #2 - They damaged the car on both sides exactly where the pinstriping was when they removed it.  They are trying to say that removing this did not chip the paint, that is simply not true.  As far as the loaner car - pictures were taken of damage to car on Feb. 6 and told I'd be called that next week when a loaner car became available.  I waited as long as Feb. 17 to call back and was told still no loaner car available, that they'd call me next week.  Feb. 23, still no call from then, I finally went to the dealership and told them I've been more than patient, that it's almost three weeks later and I still have no car.  Mike the manager told me they were having problems with their loaner cars but that one would be available for me that following Monday.  I went on Monday (Feb. 27) and asked Mike when I could expect a call from them.  He said it shouldn't take more than a couple of days - I STILL DO NOT have my car back and it's now 10 days later and not a call from them. This is not a good dealership, they are extremely shady and have many complaints against them.

The customer did just pick her plates and registration today. She was also informed she has had an appointment setup for Monday when she first had the estimate and was approved for the work two days after the estimate.

I am rejecting this response because although the title issue has finally been rectified, Geno the sales manager had promised me that he was going to call [redacted] body shop and give his approval of the estimate that he asked for, which I received and faxed to him the same day he asked me to go. This is in regards to the exposed rust and bent drivers side door of the jeep. I spoke to Dana, the secretary at [redacted] and she informed me that she has left several messages at Kia in attempt to receive an RO # from them in order for them to secure their payment. It has been over a week now and Geno has not called them back with this information for approval. I did my part, however he has not done his. Kevin, the service manager is aware of this situation as well.

Thank you for your concerns Miss [redacted], 1. In reference to the remote starter, this was an item that you signed for, we ordered and incurred expenses to bring in for you, however we agreed to refund you the money in full which was absolutely above and beyond all reasonable customer expectations....

we have since refunded that money. 2. in reference to the pinstriping concern, when removing pinstripe (the tape variety) it does not chip the paint, however once again in the interest of customer service we have agreed to touch up the chip in the paint, however loaner cars are first come first serve basis. Furthermore you can simply wait for the twenty minutes it will take for someone to apply touch up paint. Finaially if you can not wait we can provide a complimentary bottle of touch up paint to be applied when needed. Thank you David H

I am rejecting this response because: the approval was never called into the body shop until I posted the complaint on this website. I was verbally given an approval from Kia but the approval number was not called in to the body shop until the complaint was filed. If the approval number was not called in, the work would have not been able to be completed. Buyers beware of Kia freehold dealership!
