Excellent service at this dealership. We were having problems with our wheels, and they went above and beyond what was expected and diagnosed/repaired the problem.

Review: Brought car in for scheduled maintenance Nov 2013. As a result of the maintenance, the car required the replacement of the engine block and one of the cylinder heads, and while Freeway Honda did cover those repairs, the car still does not run properly. And, FH will no longer work on it, and told me to take my business elsewhere.Desired Settlement: Get the car running properly and refund my Credit Card for the amount paid for service x2 to compensate me for the time I've had to put into this ordeal.

In response to [redacted]'s complaint to Better Business Burea :

Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle was repaired by our facility and then further re Inspected twice (per his

request) by our shop foreman who Is a1so a factory trained technic an with ;14 years

experience. In good will by Freeway Honda, Mr. [redacted] was provid d a loaner car at all times

while his vehicle was being repaired at the dealership In value of hi time. After several re·

inspections of our work, we were unable to satisfy Mr. [redacted] even hough the repairs were

verified as complete and proper. After the second re~inspectlon, e suggested that Mr. [redacted]

take his business to another dealership, as we felt we would not b able to make him happy

with our service. Mr.~ [redacted] then pursued severa I avenues to try to be refunded his service blll

as, In his opinion, the work was not done. properly. He flrs1; twice c allenged his American

Express payment, which was overturned by American Express one they inspected the repair

orders and documentation In the dealerships favor. He then mad a claim with AAA, which

was also denied once the same documentation was Inspected by AA (Freeway Honda Is a

certified AAA dealership). After those two failed attempts at resol tion he went to the Bureau

of Automotive repairs. The B.A.R. then met with our service depa ment manager and cleared

the dealership of any wrongdoing once the documentation was in pec:ted. Three third party·

companies have agreed in favor with the dealership that the repai s were done properly. It is

our company policy that if we make a mistake on a repair, we acce t blame, end fix the

problem In the name of customer service. Freeway Honda manag ment spends a considerable

amount of effort and expense to bring customers Into our dealers lp and never to turn

business away. It is always our Intention to provide good custome service, as customer

retention Is of premier Importance. Unfortunately, due to our diff renee of opinion on the

service provided, we have t:hosen to deny any future business wit Mr. [redacted].

Although I ended up paying more than I expected, my car is operating much better than it had before I came in.

As soon as we walked in the dealership we were greeted

Very good!we were not looking to buy a car but they took it for a test drive and we ended up driving out with a brand new 2015 Honda! [redacted] made our purchase very easy and worked with us and took time out 2 go over all the features in our brand new car. He's very friendly ,outgoing and very knowledgeable. We had been to 3 dealerships and the sales reps were not too friendly we ended up walking out. There should be more sales reps like [redacted] .

[redacted] has great customer service, he is well inform and knowledgable in regards to every Honda product. But most importantly he has treated us like family throughout our four purchases at Freeway Honda and that is the main reason why we keep on coming back.

Great customer service outstanding STAFF I work at disney it feels that costumer service never ends I bought my honda pilot from there its a 2011 and you had it in the lot in march 2010 now that was a shock we traded our 2007 pathfinder and came out with a pilot and never had a problem with my wonderfull pilot we are waiting to see a new body shape for your honda Pilot everyear we go to the OC convention to see if theres a new one coming out and the only thing that changes is only the inside changes not the body shape just and idea since you have a camera in the back why not one in the front to see how you parked so close to anywhere when you put it in Park it should see how far away you parked that would be kool sorry for a long story Jesus [redacted]

I came for Battery change and service was good. The staff is very friendly and I realized they do car wash too for free. It's very nice of them.

always an excellent experience at Freeway. Work done well in a timely fashion the 1st time . Recommended services performed were indeed needed and improved the vehicle operation and ride quality. Service techs and advisers people friendly and very good about keeping us informed about our service.currently own 2 Honda vehicles and will buy Honda Again. Freeway Honda is our Dealership.

I have 2011 Honda Odyssey and making noise from when turn the steering wheel to left or right.

And service adviser order the part immediately. and perform the repair next day.

And it cover by warranty even my warranty just got expires.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] from Freeway Honda 2 weeks ago. The customer services was excellent and I found the car I was looking for. I liked the price and we began discussion Interest Rates. I was told that I had a [redacted] Credit Score and my income is good. I was originally offered 6.9 percent interest rate and I said no. I was considering going to my credit union bank and purchasing the car through my own bank, but the loan people told me to hold on. They told me that they could give me 4.9 percent through the [redacted] and that was the best they could do. I accepted the offer because I trust [redacted], since my wife and I purchased a [redacted] and had a good experience with [redacted]. I accepted the Loan and terms and completed the paperwork under the assumption that I was going to be financed through Honda. I am happy with my [redacted].

I received paperwork a week later from [redacted] stating that I had a Car Loan through them, NOT honda. I drove to the dealer and asked why my loan was financed through [redacted], not Honda. The finance person looked confused and looked up my information on their system. At first he admittedly did not understand why my loan was switched to [redacted]. Then he told me that it was not financed through Honda because it was not a "certified used honda"? At this point I felt I was being lied to. I do not understand why Honda would not finance a car because it was not a certified used vehicle. Furthermore, they knew that the car was not certified already so why would they try to finance me through Honda. I BELIEVE THAT THE HONDA DEALER SOLD MY LOAN TO [redacted] TO MAKE A LARGER COMMISSION RATHER THEN THROUGH HONDA WHICH IS WHAT THEY ORIGINALLY TOLD ME. When I asked them why they wouldnt notify me of the change, they said, "We don't have to tell you the bank of loan changed, as long as we keep the interest rates and terms of the loans the same.Desired Settlement: I am not sure if I am a victim or not. I have this gut feeling that I am being lied to and falsely told I was going to be financed by Honda. If I would have been told Capital One was fiancing my loan I would have walked away and gone to my Credit Union for a possible better interest rate. The deciding factor for me was that it was financed by Honda and that was a lie. If they sold my loan to [redacted] for an extra commission I hope the Revdex.com determines how much was made at my expense, and that money be credited back to me OR sent to my current Loan with Capital One to teach Freeway Honda a lesson on good customer service. I feel they pulled a quick switch on me with the loans, and worse of all didn't bother to tell me. I asked 4x during the negotiation if I was going to be financed by Honda and they said, "Yes". When I called the original Salesman that sold me the car, he said, "What? [redacted]? I thought it was Honda." I feel the finance people there took advantage. Please help me

[redacted], was amazing! He was so welcoming, but not in a pushy way and I really liked that about him.

Look for [redacted] when you shop for a car. Doesn't discriminate against age (I was 21 when I bought my first car), and makes the process remarkably easy.

Good, fast service and clear description of my vehicle's issues.

Service staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
