I brought my Honda in for a recall on airbags. The person who helped me out my very helpful. He explained what service would be done and how long it will take.

I purchased a vehicle on Sept. 2015. While the purchase of my vehicle was quick and easy, I still had a bad experience. The Friday following the purchase of my vehicle the finance manager [redacted] called me to tel me my contract had been reworked and I got a lower rate and I would need $500 more in down payment I said ok I made a appt to go resign my contract. When I arrived and was in the process of signing he mentioned that the $500 were not on the contract because it was a fee. I still left a check for the amount. Told him to deposit Oct 2 well when the day came he text me to ask what time I was going in I told him to deposit the check and he said he couldn't because it was to late. That he wrote " do not cash" on my check. He asked to take cash and I said ok but at this point I started seeing red flags, so I proceed to tell him Sunday the day I was going to take cash that I made a mistake and I wouldn't have enough money. He said it okay not to worry he would wait till the following Saturday. I called the dealer the next day, Monday night and they told me that they would investigate but if it was not on my contract that I didn't have to pay, right away I got a call from someone saying they were [redacted] manager and it was a miatake and I didn't have to pay. The next day the sales manager called me to tell me I never left a check that [redacted] said he didn't have anything. Which is a lye cause I have the copy from my check book and I took it in. End of story I got a call from [redacted] saying that it was a mistake and blah blah. But I wasn't a mistake he knew what he was going because he pointed it out not being on the contract from the beginning! So watch out people if he tried to do it to me imagine how many people who are excited to get a new like I was, have really fell for the imaginary "fees"!!
