Crooks and liars
I want all people to be warned that if they are considering using Freemont Law Group walk away. I provided them with my list of creditors and they came back to me with the amount I would pay monthly for over 3 years that would be used for their fees and to make settlement payments to the list of creditors I provided them with. Well after over 3 years they only settled the small acounts and still left me with all the high balances that have been accruing interest for over 3 years. When you call them they don't get back to you should you miss their so call monthly call and when you express a concern to the customer service rep they always say we will get back to you and rarely never do. I had to go to court twice with no assistance from them to settle accounts. Now that they closed my file I still left with debt. I was told and very clearly by their customer service rep that creditors cannot come after you after 5 years so what should I do hide or handle the big debts on my own that I hired and paid you very well to do for me.
Stay away from this company they lie about the whole program.

Fremont provided a 100% refund to Ms***Ms [redacted] had a clear understanding of the services Fremont providesClearly Ms***'s claims of Fremont being a fake company were fabricated in April Ms [redacted] requested to regain her status of retention with Fremont in June We wish her well

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I would like to add, that since we made this complaint, we received a phone call from a representative indicating that the agency can no longer represent us based on this complaint and their suggestion/guidance was for us to file bankruptcy; which is not helpful Regards, [redacted]

Fremont Law Group will be contacting Mr [redacted] to resolve any issues he is experiencing

Please have Ms [redacted] contact [redacted] Law Group at [redacted] [redacted] has attempted to contact Ms [redacted] via telephone per her request numerous times [redacted] Law Groups hours are 9am to 5pm M-F

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Here is what happened after I filed my Revdex.com complaint:On August 1st I looked up the sole proprietor of the Fremont Law Group on the CA Bar Assoc site and found his emailHis signature is on the contract I signed I emailed asking if he, [redacted] * [redacted] (***), was the above and he confirmed We had some back and forth and he said [redacted] would contact me [redacted] called at 11:34AM on 8/1/when I was meeting in an office at my bankWe talked for about minutes and the result was that Fremont Law Group agreed to send me $within days and [redacted] agreed to call me every day until we got all worked out On March Fremont Law Group sent me a court document to fileI was confused about what to do with this document so I sent a message Fremont LawI never received a reply I was told that this document would have stopped the bank levy and that I needed to file it ASAP I was shocked that no one replied, especially knowing the importance of this document [redacted] told me that they had a lot of turn over and was “sorry it fell through the cracks.” The document had contained errors so I corrected them and took it to the court to file but it was rejected because there was already a judgement On August 2nd I received no contact from anyone August 3rd, [redacted] asked if I wanted a refund, so I called his office at 11:03AM to inquire about said refundI was told that they needed to know if I wanted a check or have it deposited into my accountI was frustrated because I thought that the $ was already on its way Next, I replied to [redacted] via email that I wanted to talk to [redacted] to find out when the funds that he promised would arrive and would let [redacted] know about the refund I talked with [redacted] on 8/3/at 3:59PM I decided that there was no way they could help me with what I signed up for and I would take the refund On August 17th I received $via overnight UPS with the memo of "refund" I emailed [redacted] on August 21th asking when I would get the rest of the refund which totaled $ He replied I got everything that was in my reserve account We had a lot of email exchanges in which he stated that I would not get a refund because I filed a Revdex.com claim against his business and I had “yet to provide any coherent basis for a full refundRather, you rant and make statements.” For months, I made payments to Fremont Law Group and sent them every notice I received from the creditorsThey settled with none of the creditors I received a summons and sent it to them They didn’t show up to court or give me notice that they would not show up As a result, I lost $in the levy [redacted] terminated our agreement and kept the fees without doing any of the work that was promised I have filed a small claims case against the Fremont Law Group The story appears to be the same for all Revdex.com complaints against this business They take the fees and once that can't do what the promise they terminate the agreement and keep the fees they do not earnTHEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM! Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I spoke with [redacted] from Freemont yesterday 10/31/and she offered me a refund of $plus my funds in escrow of $1884.This would mean I still paid them $for a year of no progress toward my debt resolution and a full judgement against me from [redacted] .We discussed the judgement and she stated ,as many others there said ,that [redacted] is extremely hard to settle withI asked her ,why then was I not informed of this so I could have decided not to include [redacted] in the contractI also informed here that I have never received a completed copy of the contract despite repeated requestsI also explained that I never received a formal presentation regarding the fees and refused to sign the statement at the contract signing that I didI still feel like I was grossly misled by FremontI recited a voice mail from [redacted] asking me to call her today, 11/1/17, to discuss this matter further and I will do this today when they open. Thanks for your help.***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I provided facts and you deflect with a Red Herring:"Attempting to redirect the argument to another issue to which the person doing the redirecting can better respondWhile it is similar to the avoiding the issue fallacy, the red herring is a deliberate diversion of attention with the intention of trying to abandon the original argument."I contest: I requested a live conversation on a phone call to have my account reviewed, and again via emailI was never contacted by a person who could review my accountI have been defrauded and robbed of my money to no benefit to my current financial circumstancesI will persist with this claim Regards, [redacted]
