The service which we received from this company was excellent. We had a broken window, and when I phoned the company the manager, Jamie, was so polite and pleasant, and gave me an estimate based on my information. The next day Greg, who was equally polite and pleasant, did a wonderful job, on site, of replacing the glass and strengthening the frame, even picking out the broken bits of glass which had fallen down on the sloping roof below and into the gutter. All was completed within a couple of hours, the window looks great, and the price was very reasonable. My husband and I highly recommend this company.

My over 100-year-old treasured hand mirror from my Grandmother had severely damaged silvering and the mirror had fallen out of the silver base. I wrote to Jamie, and he told me what he could do and what the timeline would be and how much it would be. He also was up front about what he could do for a 100 + year old mirror. What I got back was wonderful! He had re-silvered it beautifully and re-glued the mirror back into its silver base. Dealing with Jamie was easy- he was quick with his responses and stuck with his estimate (which he gave me before I shipped the mirror from Ontario). I'm very satisfied with the result for my cherished antique hand mirror.

I have a beautiful round, bevel edge, and engraved mirror which I had scratched widely right across the middle of the mirror. Jamie picked the mirror up and resilvered it and wow it looks so wonderful. The service was excellent and the care given was like it was his own. Thank you so much for restoring this favorite piece for me. I had a hard time to find someone who does this type of work and the rates were fare and the service top notch.
