I’ve reviewed the submitted details regarding the grilles and lock for the door.? We missed an opportunity to better communicate the backorder timeline and I apologize for that error.? The grilles and backordered lock have been received and installed on the? door on 2/20.? Since the
lock was not part of the order we have waived the cost due to our? lack of communications.? I will reach-out to *** and personally apologize and ensure the work is completed to her satisfaction.? *** ***General ManagerRenewal by Andersen LLC
