To whom this may concern: I regards to the charge back regarding [redacted] ***, we would love to refund the amount that is owed to [redacted] The issue, as stated previously is that the "Dispute" [redacted] has filed with her personal credit card company is in the amount of $when the amount owed to [redacted] is $We have spoke to her on several occasions asking her to cancel the dispute due to the incorrect amount so that we can in turn credit her the $that is owedUntil that is done the $will remain on hold through Paypal which is our payment processing provider and we are unable to process a refund for the amount owed of $ I, [redacted] have spoke to PayPal several times in the hopes of clearing this entire situation upEach time we are informed that this is due to Mrs [redacted] requested a much larger amount than the $owed specifically $We have responded to this Revdex.com complaint previously with similar information, I am unsure what else we can do until the client consults with her credit card company regarding the actual amount she is entitled to?

Management staff was not aware of an issue and as an organization we sincerely apologize for any shortcoming on our behalfA voicemail has been left for [redacted] by FrogTutoring COO and an email will be sent as well [redacted] refund will be processed immediately and sessions conducted will not be prorated as is standard company policy in the hopes this demonstration can in some way mend our faultsThe employee whom [redacted] had been in email communication with would also like to extend her remorse for not abiding by company standards of informing her supervisor of an issue involving [redacted] accountThis did not allow our organization to ensure [redacted] needs and requests were fulfilled in a timely mannerOnce again we are sorry for the lack of communication within or organization and hope that [redacted] is able to forgive our faults

Client, Mr [redacted] requested a tutor through FrogTutoring in September of At the time, he was in need of basic Accounting assistanceThe last session attended took place in November of Company policy allows refunds within daysNearly one and a half years later, in Febuary of client contacted FrogTutoring in need of an upper level Accounting tutor to assist with college graduate coursesI, [redacted] communicated through email and spoke to the client over the telephone on many occasions regarding his needs and the complications in finding an advanced Accounting tutor so close to the semesters endFrogTutoring's hiring manager has been actively searching for a candidate

[redacted] signed up for our Purple II package which included hours of tutoring and required a deposit of $She did use hours which is standard for our Purple III package and includes a deposit of $It seems as though there was some confusion on both her and our representatives end when she requested a refund for unused fundsBased on the email we sent below, even though incorrect we will honor the initial email and process the refund for [redacted] depositThis is an exception to our policy and hope that this gesture is cause for positive feedback from [redacted] and the Revdex.com in which she filed a complaint

As I said in my original complaint, their policy is VOID since I NEVER RECEIVED SERICES There was not moment of services provided by this company nor was there every an appointment made to have even initiated services Regards, [redacted] ***- [redacted] Revdex.com Mrs [redacted] not only filed a complaint with the Revdex.com she also disputed her money through our payment processing systemI am submitting everything to you as I did for them, the dispute was closed in our favor considering we followed policy based on our agreement with clients to which every client agrees to prior to beginning our servicePlease let me know if anything else is needed?

[redacted] signed up for our service on September 20thShe was assigned one of our tutors with the expectation from both [redacted] and our coordinating staff that everything would move forward positivelyThis is not what happened, instead of our tutor accommodating [redacted] and her daughter the situation seemed to be oppositeClients are encouraged to contact our office immediately when there is an issue with our tutor or their accountUnfortunately, [redacted] did not contact our office until she was beyond her day refund period which is highlighted on our website, on each clients account and within the terms of service each client accepts when they first log into their account with usOnce she contacted the FrogTutoring supervisor she was informed that a new tutor would be assigned and a free hour would be provided to help ease any disappointment or frustrationIt did take two weeks following the conversation for a new tutor to be assigned that matched her needs and availabilityNonetheless, [redacted] is not entitled to a refund simply due to the fact she did not reach out to administration until after her day refund periodWe understand the tutor was not able to assist as needed and would sincerely like to apologizeBased on that and the delay in placing a new tutor with [redacted] we are going to make an exception to our policy and issue a full refund to the card she used for her purchaseWe hope this can leave her with a positive view of our company and settle hard feelings that have developedThank you

I have sent several emails the the company requesting information on this account and each time receive a general message stating "We are sorry things did not work outIf any new tutors join our team that I feel would match great, I will keep you in mindHere is your email confirming your refund requestWe have received your Request for Refund inquiryYour refund balance is $If the payment was made within days, the refund balance will be credited to your debit or credit cardHowever, if the initial payment was made over days ago the refund balance will be issued through Paypal and you will receive instructions in your email on how to claim the moneyWe calculate your refund based on how much you received of the following: Frog Tutoring credit:$225Free session credit:-$50Bonus credit:-$55Refundable credit: FrogTutoring credit - Free session credit -Bonus credit: $If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me." I intitally made contact to request a refund on April 26th and did not receive a response at this timeI emailed again and received communication on April 30th with the above message I folowed up May 5th and recieved no communicationAt this time due to not receiving the refund or any attempts made on the account to issues the refund, I opened a dispute with PayPalPaypal was informed of the email sent by Frog Tutoring and stated that they would make a note of the refund amount $in the note that will be sent to Frog Tutoring requesting the refundI was informed that Frog Tutoring had days to respondFrog Tutoring declined the dispute issusing the message above yet againI sent an email to Frog Tutoring on May 15th regarding the matter and request immediate follow up callMrsUnger with Frog Tutoring contacted on May 18th and stated that she would contact Paypal regarding the dispute and issuing the refundShe stated that she would contact Paypal and follow up with me and I have not heard from her since May 18thI sent another email on May 28th requesting immediate contact regarding the matter I contacted my back regarding the matter on May 15th as, PayPal stated that it was up to Frog Tutoring to issue the refund since it was a service providedAt this point I want to ensure that the money is returned to my bank as I will not be paying any fees from my bank in regards to this matterThe amount will need to be issued to my bank institute once the matter is resolved with PayPalI do not feel satisified in the matter as the amount has not been released to my bank to clear the amount processed to my account to cover the refundI have been contacted by the owner, my first time ever hearing from him despite attempts to reach out to him as wellI was informed that the matter is being resolved with Paypal and my bank however, since I have been lead around much with the company I am wanting to ensure that the refund is provided to WellsFargo

I contacted Frog Tutor in May for help with a class. The amount of $594.00 was deducted out of my account on May 17, 2019. When I logged on to the website, it automatically checks that the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of their contract which not made available for me to find on their website. At no time during my discussion with their customer service supervisor was I told that this company does not offer refunds to their clients prior to taking my money. When I asked for a refund within three business days, I was refused. I have not received any services from this company and I have not received a refund. I have also had my bank involved in issuing a chargeback. This company does not offer any customer service at all. They do not answer their phone nor do they respond to text messages or emails.

I won’t deny what *** is stating, except they are not graduate level classes. The classes were for my bachelor degree. I contacted Frog Tutor months in advance. This is adequate time to get a tutor. I did not receive a service so what is so hard about refunding my money? Frog Tutor failed to deliver the service I was expecting. It is irrelevant the time gap between tutor needs. Frog Tutor is not a reputable company. If it were, it would stand behind the service they offer. I paid money for a service I never received, and I want this money back. It would be different if I used the service and then wanted my money back, but I did not use the service. According to ***, I contacted her in February for an upper level accounting tutor. It is now mid May, and she still has not found me a tutor. How much time is needed to find a tutor? How long must a customer wait to get a tutor, advanced courses or not? Does the contract state that upper level courses may not be able to find a tutor? So, I need to get a refund. There is no significant difference between the accounting classes I have needed a tutor for. All classes are needed to complete a bachelors in accounting, Not masters levelI simply want a refundThat should not be that difficult to accomplish

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11193792, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute because the company's statement gives the illusion that I basically had "buyer's remorse" and that the negligance lays with me Although Frog Tutoring did refund $to my credit card on April 25, 2016, after almost months of emails, voice messages and finally a dispute with the credit card company, there has yet to be an acceptance of fault for miscommunication, lack of customer service and misleading business tactics
