Unfortunately, this customers transaction was declined, but resulted in a pre-draft authorization holdWe did not complete the transaction, these funds will drop back to the customer's cardWe did not charge him and will not collect these funds.We are happy to provide proof of this or speak to the customer's bank.Another unfortunate situation is that the festival is now sold out, so we have no passes available to sell this customer.Again, we did not charge the customer, but there is an authorization hold for the decline of his cardThese funds will be returned to him

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Your company's logic is flawedIn order to take someone's money you must render a service or provide a productNeither of which you guys doNor do you provide any alternative for customers who have issues on the last paymentNor do you address the fact that I have items of which at least one was paid in fullYou've failed to have any sort of help for your customers and clearly have a non-transparent management that isn't willing to do anything for loyal customersThe least you can do is provide a refund for something I've received no benefit from or grant me the ability to let me pay the ticket off Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Your response does not resolve the issueGiven the fact that I was unable to purchase the loyalty wristband literally within seconds of them going on sale, I maintain that you are using a bait and switch techniqueApparently the odds of getting a loyalty ticket are so vanishingly small as to approach impossibleI suppose what most offends me regarding your response is the clear lack of concern about this issueEven a token apology would have been nice, instead I got, "We covered our bases with weasel words, so tough luck."It seems rather inconceivable to me that a promotion -that ostensibly exists to make repeat customers feel appreciated and rewarded- would be designed like yours for any other purpose than to pressure customers into buying tickets at a higher priceI think that's pretty much the definition of a bait and switchIn the previous two years, I have give you business well in excess of a thousand dollarsI have encouraged friends who otherwise wouldn't have gone, adding another thousandOur first year we took part in the recycling challenge and picked u so much trash for you that we actually wonAnd of course we've generously spent money at your craft vendors, food vendors, tee shirts, ice, etcThat amount I can only guess, but it has been substantial as well.Imagine if you were a customer of a local business, say maybe a mechanic shop, and you spent that much there, and even helped them clean upYou sent your friends there as wellImagine further if the shop mailed you a coupon good for a free $oil change, good only at noon on Tuesday, while supplies lastWhat would your reaction be, if you were there at noon, and they said, "Sorry, chumpwe're all outBut If you come back tomorrow, we'll fix you up with a $special!"It wouldn't really be about the $20, would it? Hello, We apologize that we are not able to provide a refund for a defaulted payment plan, the terms are laid out here:DEFAULT on payments will result in cancellation of your order, loss of deposit and ALL payments made prior to defaultNO exceptionsIt is 100% YOUR responsibility to manage your
payment planYou must pay attention to your bank and credit card statements to make sure your payment is deducted each monthYou will have a day grace period each monthIf your payment is not made in full by the 10th day after the initial charge is run your order WILL BE CANCELLED and you will forfeit all monies paid up to that point to offset your default.https://www.***/***s/Again our apologies, but the terms and conditions do state what will happen if a payment plan is defaulted.***

Hello, we handle the ticketing for the Electric Forest FestivalThe Loyalty On Sale was a chance for customers to receive Loyalty pricing, it was not a guaranteeThis was clearly outlined prior to the on saleA code was provided for the chance to purchase a ticket, subject to availabilityUnfortunately, the code did not guarantee a ticketThis again was clearly outlined on the public website and via an eblast sent to all Loyalty Code holders.There will be a regular on sale 12/10/wherein customers can purchase passes for this event.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:Your company's logic is flawed. In order to take someone's money you must render a service or provide a product. Neither of which you guys do. Nor do you provide any alternative for customers who have issues on the last payment. Nor do you address the fact that I have 2 items of which at least one was paid in full. You've failed to have any sort of help for your customers and clearly have a non-transparent management that isn't willing to do anything for loyal customers.
