My experience with Front Jewelers has been wonderful! From my initial purchase, a customer service representative answered all my questions through their "live chat" option I purchased a ring while I was deployed and it arrived the day after I got home with no issues The ring was beautiful Just recently, I contacted customer service through "live chat" to ask questions about the lifetime warranty that came with the ring The lifetime warranty is in plain language and covers just about everything except any modifications to the jewelry by another jeweler The black rhodium needed re-application, just as the description said it would eventually, as all rhodium plated rings will need it I contacted customer service, they emailed me instructions on how and where to send the ring back It was that easy! Customer service is AWESOME! I'd recommend to anyone

I can't say enough great things about how well they have treated me After receiving my beautiful engagement ring followed up by not one but two matching bands I wanted to have them saudered together Neda was so helpful with this process from start to finish From making sure I shipped it to them properly and expediting it back to me so I had it just in time for my first family party as "The Mrs." Then Just recently I wanted to have it refinished as it is Black gold- (over time it wears-which by the way the will refinish at no cost forever) Again, Neda didn't hesitate to make sure we got it overnighted to her and overnighted back and the whole process from Boston to Florida and back to Boston was just alittle over hoursSo Glad we decided to purchase our ring from them and HIGHLY recommend them to EVERYONE Neda has been wonderful to work with and I feel like a friend instead of just a customerWe will happily return for all our jewelry purchases!

I received a BEAUTIFUL black diamond ring as a gift for my birthday from Front Jewelers. The quality is amazing. The ring was plated in Rhodium, and came with a lifetime warranty. Since the Rhodium does wear over time, I contact Front Jewelers to see what the process was to get the ring replated. I got an immediate and very friendly response from [redacted], with all the information that I needed to get my ring cleaned and replated.

This was my first piece of jewelry from Front Jewelers, but definitely not my last. Quality and price may attract you to a seller, but it's the service that keeps you coming back. I highly recommend Front Jewelers for your jewelry needs - I know that they are my choice!

My fiance and I bought an engagement ring from Front Jeweler's, and all I can say is that we are glad we chose them. My ring is absolutely beautiful, everything I hoped it would be. I did send it back for free sizing and engraving, and they paid for my shipping, and even overnighted it back to me so I could have it sooner. [redacted] has been wonderful. My fiancé ordered my ring 1/2 a size too big. [redacted] was very prompt at answering all of be questions I had, returned my emails in less than 12 hours. When I decided I was going to send my ring in for resizing, I was very nervous to send my ring halfway aceossed the country via mail. [redacted] was courteous enough to let me know as soon as my ring arrived as well as even paid for half of my shipping to overnight it back to me! I could not be happier with this company. She even got further info on a matching band for my ring that they don't normally carry in their warehouse! Absolutely best customer service I have ever had.

I don't normally leave reviews, but for Front Jewelers it was a must. I got engaged on New years Eve 2016 . My ring was purchased from Front Jewelers. After a few days I decided it was not the ring for me . "Although a very beautiful ring " ! So I contacted Front Jewelers. I was nervous at first because we purchased it online , but boy was there nothing to be nervous about . Mark got back with me . He went above and beyond for me ! I had a,specific ring in my mind , so I decided on a Custom piece. Mark went back and forth finding everything I wanted . My wife and I could not be more pleased. After searching for years for a very specific style of princess cut, quad diamond stud earrings, I finally found exactly what my wife wanted on the Front Jewelers website. Unfortunately, the earrings were out of stock, so I emailed customer service asking if I could possibly order the earrings. They very promptly replied with information on how to order the earrings, exactly how long it would take to make them and when they would ship. I was VERY nervous ordering diamond earrings online based on a picture from an unknown, out-of-state jeweler. Since they were special ordered, I expected they wouldn't quite match the online picture, would be late, or maybe wouldn't come at all. However, Front Jewelers was very communicative and upfront throughout the entire process, delivered the earrings exactly when they said and they exactly matched the picture on the website. I am thrilled with the experience with Front Jewelers and with the earrings we received. I could not be more pleased and will absolutely use them again.

I can't say enough good things about Front Jewelers! They worked with me to design a custom engagement ring. I described every detail I wanted my ring to have and they delivered! Even better than how I had imagined it! The process took about a month and a half before I received the ring because the had to cut the ring from scratch. Absolutely worth the wait! My original ring was pretty big and I wanted something smaller so I contacted Neda and she was very willing to help and was quick in responding. I picked a new ring which I was hesitant about but once I received it in the mail it was absolutely beautiful! I would definitely do business with them again.

Let me start off by stating the customer service at FRONT JEWELERS more specifically from "NEDA" was and is truly remarkable. It is extremely difficult to obtain the type of service you get from this company. Yes you could walk into any STORE BASED company in the mall or stand alone, and yes they could appear as though they want to help with smiles and such, but nothing compares nothing compares to how I was treated online / over the phone / through links, etc. as I was with Front. I found exactly what I was looking for for my future wife (BLACK DIAMOND three band ring) just gorgeous. Just received it today and man, if you think the way these things look online are anything but great, wait till you see them in person. Seriously I am beyond pleased and happy with the finding of this website / vendor. I WILL be purchasing more from them in the near future; matching necklaces / earrings, etc. Oh and as far as delivery, ya, I would like to say once again, not even a walk in store has the type of speediness FRONT has; I literally received my jewelry less than a week if not faster.
