I have had the pleasure of dealing with Front Jewelers on three different occasions. Once for myself about three years ago and twice in the last six month for engagement rings for my two sons. We are all very happy with our outcome. I must say that I was a little concerned about dealing with someone online about a diamond ring but I will say that I am very happy and feel lucky to have found a company like Front Jewelers. I absolutely love this place. My husband purchased me a blue diamond ring set in black gold and I absolutely love it. I like the alternative look & you don't see black gold very often, this ring is more beautiful in person than online. We were very hesitant about purchasing a ring offline, but we were not disappointed! Their warranty is great, customer service always gets back to me promptly (via email, I believe within 24 hrs is good).
Do not hesitate with this company, the savings are great and they are a wonderful & extremely helpful company. I love them, and my ring.

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the help I received from the people at Front jewelers. I've been shopping online and in stores for a very long time trying to find the perfect ring. Not only did they have the ring for me, they also crushed the competition with there low prices.

I was very skeptical about buying such a big purchase online. Worried the quality of the ring wouldn't be up to par with the mock photos online. Thank god I was wrong. The quality was great and I am beyond satisfied.

Last but not least the customer service was great! [redacted] was my main contact and he answered every question I had and in a timely matter. Buying online is a big risk and a lot of place I tried to contact wouldn't even reply to a simple email I sent them enquiring about a ring. Amazing company - I cannot praise this company enough - Neva my amazing helper looked after me even months after purchasing the jewelry - I love my wedding set I absolutely love it. I found a ring with a chocolate diamond on Front Jewelers site that I fell in love with. I worked with Neda (she is so very helpful and sincere), and we tried to find a larger diamond for a ring in the same color. Unfortunately when I got the ring the stone was beautiful, but just a little too dark for my taste.
