I am rejecting this response because: I am waiting for the letter that Frontline promised to send me clearing up this account The last time that I reported Frontline, they promised to send a letter clearing up this matter but the letter was never sent and I did not receive one When I receive the letter then I will accept the business' response to resolve this complaint

In response to your concerns that you have no knowledge of this account, please find attached a statement, which shows the last payment on this account. We will also send you a fraud affidavit; please complete, provide a picture ID and return to our office. In regards to your credit reporting concerns, Frontline does not furnish data to credit bureaus, so any information pertaining to your account on your credit report was not reported by Frontline. I am rejecting this response because:I have not talked to this company about a payment plan or anything when I got credit report from car dealer that's how I knew the info from this company my number is ###-###-#### and have not talked to them but only once and guy was rude told me I did talk to him and was a smart butt with me I have never had a menards card I do all my home improvements shopping at lowes better place my ssn # is tied up with this account along with two other *** ***'s I deal with this type of thing all the time there are over 3,*** ***'s I just had to deal with same thing over a *** t *** jr on my credit report
