I have had lots of different problems with system from day one

This company provides the finest customer service, the easiest system to self-install and the simplest system to activate and deactivate home security systems, fire and intrusion.

I have had other security companies for my home before Front Point, but none not as good. The customer service is better than all of them. The ease of setting up the equipment became apparent when I moved from Connecticut to Florida. The equipment was easy to remove and the ease to set up, with customer service help was good. I have had little problems with the equipment and no problems with the service. It was easy to register with the sheriff's department and no false alarms reported.

I am please with the service so far. The customer service is great and the service is inexpensive compared to others.

The installation was fairly easy and quick. Did have a problem with the front door installation but the customer service rep explained an alternative method for the set up.

Whenever we had any issues Frontpoint was there to help. We feel safer with them on our side. I have recommended them to my whole family.

Customer service is excellent, installation is simple, the equipment is very reliable and rates are comparable to competitors that don't match my previous points.

I moved to my new home and looked for a new security system not requiring a land line. FrontPoint was the best system I decided because it was easy for me to install and customize for my needs. I did it in a half hour. I then called the office and activated it in a few minutes. My family and I relax when we set the system and know that if anyone tries to enter our home the police are notified. Same if a fire occurs, the fire department is immediately notified. This system lowers my insurance costs and gives me piece of mind. I have used this system for over three years and love it!

I've had various security systems in my home for over 30 years. Some were self-installed, some were the big name systems. FrontPoint is the best of all of them. The equipment is easy to install and use, the fees are very reasonable and the customer service is first rate. I'm in my fourth year with FrontPoint and have only good things to say about them. Highly recommended.

Review: On 07-09-2013 I was going to start using Frontline Security to monitor my home.

After I digitally signed the contract and paid $99.99, I found that I would have to install the system myself. This was not made clear before the sales rep rushed me into signing the contract.

15 minutes after getting off the phone with [redacted] (t) ###-###-#### / [redacted], I decided to cancel my contract because I was not comfortable with installing the system myself. I would have to remove my current system and install the Frontline system.

I called back and spoke with [redacted] (t) [redacted]6 / [redacted] and she was able to stop the shipping of the equipment because just a few minutes had passed. She the assured me that the $99.99 would be put back into my bank account within a few days.

14 days have now passed and I have yet seen my $99.99Desired Settlement: I would like the $99.99 returned back to me. It took 30 seconds for Frontline to withdraw the money but we are nearing the end of day 14 to get my money back to me.

We were

alarmed when the Revdex.com brought this customer’s concerns to our attention.

This

customer initially purchased their system from us on 7/8/2013, and as they

stated, immediately contacted us back to begin the return process. This process

began with one of our Customer Support Specialists, and they forwarded the

information to our Fulfillment department to process this customer’s refund.

The credit request was approved and sent back to the customer on 7/12/2013 with

a Transaction ID of [redacted].

The

customer contacted us again on 7/16/2013 curious where his refund was. We went

over the details of the credit request with the customer at this time, and let

them know they should keep an eye on their account for the money to be posted.

The

customer contacted us by phone again on 7/25/2013, stating that they still had

not received the refund. At this point, we set up an investigation with our

billing department to verify the $99.99 credit had been applied correctly to

the customer’s account. Our Billing department found that the credit had been

successfully issued onto the Credit Card the customer had provided us, and we

reached back out to the customer by email going over these details. When the

customer contacted us back via phone, it was determined that they had been

checking the wrong account for the refund, and verified that the credit had in

fact been issued back to them on 7/12/2013.

At the

time that this customer’s concern had been brought to our attention by the Revdex.com,

everything has already been fully addressed and resolved between the customer

and FrontPoint.

We

sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused the customer,

and please don’t hesitate to contact us if the Revdex.com has any further questions

regarding this customer’s concern.

I'm happy with my service only thing is that I think we should or I should have order or asked for more sensors but overall I am happy with my service

Been with frontpoint for 2+ years now. No complaints at all about the service. They are great at keeping customers informed though their newsletter and the equipment is great. Very easy to use.

FrontPoint Security has the best customer service of any provider I have ever worked with in a long list of banks, credit card companies, utility providors, cable companies, phone companies, etc. They have always been understanding and responsive to all of my needs whether it was and alarm, help with programming sensors, or help with actual sensor hardware. I have FrontPoint installed at my house and at my vacation property and I have recommended FrontPoint service to many of my friends and neighbors over the years. Satisfied customer in Greenville, SC.
