In Response to [redacted] Michael and Son Services went back to [redacted] home and corrected his concern with the sump pumpThe work that we did for the customer was done under warranty, with a value of $ [redacted] is not due a refund because we corrected the issue that he had with his sump pump, under warrantyMichael and Son Service is not responsible for what ends up in the pumpWe will, as a courtesy to the customer, give him $150-$in store credit for future use with our company
