I would appreciate a little more honesty, Car was bought in and times towed inIf it wasnt repaired then how was it running again after it was repairedWe even have a invoice that we paid [redacted] to do some work on the vehicleIm sorry you feel the way you do, we have tried our best to help and we cant make everyone satisfiedIf there is anything we can help with please let us know, we wish you best of luck.Thanks

Mr [redacted] Has been taken care of from the start, We have fixed the car and it was from his own doingHe ran over some rope which caused damage to his power steering systemHe was suppose to go through his insurance company but Brilliance Auto fixed his car as of a courtesy [redacted] has his car and it is running the way it should beWe hope he enjoys his car for many years to come

If you not happy with our services, not a issue please stop in and speak to Cassie and we will pay for you to go to another shop to fix issuesWe would like to see what is wrong nt a problemthanks

I am rejecting this response because: there was no proof of any work done to the carWhen an invoice was asked they got attitudes and told us we don't an invoice b3cause its warrenty workNeedless to say this was the response everytimeThey have shown us no proof of what was done with the carThey denied wanting to fix the car because the warrenty didnt cover it for over months until I found the warrenty paperwork showing I was coveredThey never inspected the vehicle prior to sale from what his old manager told us because of a misunderstanding in the car we wantedThe car had issues a day after we bought itEverytime we called for they didnt know what was going onThe car was sitting outside their shop for weeks one time waiting on repairs that they failed to show any invoice for.regards,

From the start I've been lied to and misled I had trusted in brilliance auto and they took advantage of that via sales man Brandon and sold me a $10,Dollar warranty free policy and I've had nothing but worries ever since, yes they have attempted to fix the car but at their own pace not considering the complex situation I was put in with not having a cat to drive to work to earn money to make the car note payment, I've asked them to cancel the worry free policy in full and return the monies to the bank and I have not heard from them yet and he $key fob that I paid for only opens and locks the door but it WON'T START THE CAR , it tried to use it on 5-5-and it's the same issue I've complained about from the beginning of me receiving the new key, fob at this point all I want them to do is refund the bank in full the warranty that I don't want and was tricked into getting under pretensesI've submitted a hand written letter to them already on or around 4-25-and have not heard anything from them to date

As per phone message from consumer:The business contacted the consumer the week before September 10th to come and get the money that was owed to herThe consumer went to business and signed a paper stating she got her money.Thanks,*** ***

Spoke with *** *** and explained what the issue was and apologized for any inconvenience in the matter, I promised him a call when the tracking number was received for titleJust got off the phone again to update him that I received email with tracking number and will call him tomorrow to come in
and pick up hi documentation tomorrowI will be following up with him tomorrow to let him know when to come in

Customer mother purchased a vehicle from us and referred her daughter to dealership. Vehicle was a high mileage unit and customer bought in vehicle for repairs over the course of ownership and many claims went through warranty company as well as goodwill done. We refunded to her what was due and er...

warranty had no value since claims exceeded purchase amount. We refunded what was due to her but had a hard time understanding why she did not get a refund from her warranty company.

[redacted] waa at dealership today, We have been working with her and her needs. We gave her an agreement so we have all items in writing so we don't have any issues moving forward. We are awaiting [redacted] and her husband to answer us back.
