FSN is the worst company to deal with. I have a small business with multiple locations and I stopped counting how many times I have lost service with internet and phone and they could just care less. A few years ago they made a billing mistake and since than they have refused to do anything as far as crediting me with an issue. If you call and ask for a manager or someone higher up they will never give you a name or contact number they just say we will bring it up to the executive committee for review and than they may have some person who has no idea what service is call you back with no explanations to any questions. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST I REALLY HATE TO GIVE MY MONEY TO THE BIG COMPANYS AND REALLY WANTED TO DO BUSINESS WITH A LOCAL COMPANY BUT THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST.

Review: I have called to complain about my home phone service with Full Service Network. Calls are dropped and/or the person I am talking to is hard to understand because the line warbles their voice. This has been going on since February 2016. I've been told by Full Service Network that they are aware of the issue and awaiting for Verizon to complete their work. There is no time frame when this problem will be fixed and they have admitted it to me. I have asked for a credit for the issues with my service. A new bill has come due and I asked for additional credit since I am still having the same problems. I dont have a issue paying for the service, but I should be able to use it without worrying about dropping calls or muffled/warbled voices. They are unable to give me a time frame when the problems will be fixed. I have called the company on this issue at least 4 times.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome for this is that the problems are fixed and maybe some type of credit applied to my account for the inconvenience it has caused me for these past months.

Response:

The Customer subscribes to VoIP telephone service and has been experiencing some issues due to high latency on her internet connection which is out of our control. We have been monitoring her connection and ip traffic and working with other carriers to attempt to identify and correct the issue. In the meantime we have issued a credit for her last two invoices.

Review: A sales person called, said he could save me money on my phone bill. I told him my phone was free bundled with my [redacted] bill. He said he could save me $10.00 a month on that bill. I would receive 2 bills, but it would be $10.00 less than I am paying now. I switched over to his company, "Full Service Network" of Pgh. A woman came on to confirm that I was switching, read some data about saving money, etc. I then found out, they don't even have internet service, so my phone bill was $45.oo a month through them plus I also had to pay [redacted] for my Internet bill. How does that save me money???? The salesman promised me savings. How is that a savings?? I switched back to [redacted] after unfreezing my account after hearing a talk from someone that they don't understand why I didn't want a savings. They said they would send me a final bill. I received one bill and sent them $45.00 figuring that would cover the 2 to 3 weeks I used their service. I got another bill today saying I owe $54.77 that are late fees. Then the woman I talked to today from "Collections" says I also have some credit, because I didn't have it that long. If I have credit, why didn't they take it off of the bill I received today? I don't know, but it really sounds like a scam to me. Promising me savings and end up charging me more. Also charging me for late fees when I only received 2 bills and not giving me the credit I was suppose to receive.Desired Settlement: I know I owed at least $45.00 for using their service, but all these late fees are ridiculous. I noticed they didn't even spell my last name right.I would like the collection fees and overdue fees to be dropped.
