HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ! DO NO BUY FROM HERE !
When I purchase a motorcycle from a dealership, I expect a quality repair facility & good customer service to come along with it. If or when you take a bike in to them for service you can bet on being strung along, lied to & overall completely dissatisfied. The name of this dealership should be (The No Service Bike Center) The major manufacturer's need to check in on this sham of a business, for they would not let them put their names on the building ! BIG DISGRACE & DISAPOINTMENT....AMA MEMBER SINCE 1976- Racer/Rider For Life/Shiny Side UP !

Don't ever take your bike here if you want it back within a reasonable amount of time.
1ST TIME: I got into a bike accident and had my bike repaired here....... it took them over 2 months to get my bike back to me. first it was parts issues, then it was a hassle between them and insurance with both saying then they were waiting on the other one, then I was told my bike wasn't even going to be worked on because desert season was coming up and apparently my bike (that they had for about a month at this point) wasn't a priority.
2ND TIME: I brought it in because I was in the area to see when my next service was due and to look at some helmets. While there they noticed that I had not had the recall fixed on my 2015 Yamaha R1. They told me that if I dropped it off that I would have it on Monday (which then changed to Tuesday). I had no plans to drop my bike off that day but I said OK because I thought that was a good time line but I told them I absolutely needed it Tuesday night (which was tonight) and they guaranteed me that it would be done. So I call them up on Sunday asking for a status update they say they haven't received the parts but they expect them Monday morning and that they can still meet the deadline. So today I call them to pick my bike up and they proceed to tell me that they haven't even started on it yet.... They hadn't even started on it at the time they were supposed to have it finished by with no calls to me to even give me a heads up about it. Then they try to tell me that I should leave it there overnight and that they will start on it in the morning after I was a bit heated.

We are completely puzzled by the email we received yesterday
from you
There are many inaccurate statements that don't make any sense at
allWe did not ask for or receive any deposit "toward the bike to cover
potential titling fees"Fun Bike Center did not keep or loose the title to
your motorcycleYou did not pay any additional cost for the purchase of your
new motorcycle
Please allow me to explain the facts of your motorcycle
purchase
You completed the purchase of your new motorcycle and paid
the sale price we offered and not a penny more for any reasonThe total sale
price paid was 12,This price did not include any depositYou did
however ask Fun Bike Center to accept a tratoward the purchaseFun Bike
Center was forced to decline because you could not produce the required titling
documentation for your tradeFun Bike Center did agree that if you produced
the required documentation we would, at a later date, purchase your motorcycle
from you but it would be a completely separate transactionFun Bike Center
gave you this promise in writing on a document labeled "DUE BILL"(See
attachment) You signed this document and a copy was provided to youIt makes
absolutely no sense that Fun Bike Center would keep any documentation for a
trathat we could not takeWe both know you would have needed this
documentation to take legal ownership of your proposed trade-in
If you cannot produce the required documentation to legally
allow us to transfer the Buell XB12s to us we would like it removed from or
property as soon as possibleIf you provide us with the proper documentation
Fun Bike Center will still honor our original agreement
DMV's typically have a way to handle lost titlesI am not
sure how it works in Arizona but in California if a title is lost a new one can
be acquired using a document called "Duplicate Title Request"If the vehicle
is not in your name then it will require the help of the current registered
owner.
The response back from [redacted] on the same day was:
Mr[redacted],
My apologies for any miscommunications in explaining the
title issue of the bikeThe manager explained to me that the $1,was to
cover the potential price of having to go through the titling procedures for
the motorcycle themselvesIt wasn't clearly explained to me that the $1,
was in place of the trade-in.
However, the sales manager DID keep the original
un-notarized title that I had providedHe told me that he would be keeping the
title in the event that I could not complete the titling process through AZMVD
I'm not quite sure how the title that I brought was lost between then and now,
but I most certainly did not leave Fun Bike with it.
If the bike is still on site, I would like to come pick it
upThat's probably the simplest resolution.
Best regards,

Hi [redacted],
Thank you for your fast
responseYou can pick up the Buell any time during business hoursDo you have
an idea when you will visit for the pickup?
[redacted]
Fun Bike Center's position is that [redacted] can choose to pick up his motorcycle or produce proper documentation so that we can transfer it in our name and we will pay him the agreed upon price of $

[redacted] made the following statement on his last
message to the Revdex.com.
“Gentlemen:
When I purchased this $999 special offer from the Fun Bike Center on 07/29/2010
for ten boat tune ups for the life of the time I owned my boat, I requested a
copy of the special offer and was told they did not have a hard copy, but that
the purchase and all records were maintained on their computer. I was,
therefore, surprised and intrigued that as a result of my claim with the RevDex.com; the Fun Bike Center has now provided a copy of this special offer
which they state was signed by me. Although a copy of my signature appears on
this scanned ‘Agreement,’ this document was never presented to me nor did I
ever sign it. I was told by the employee who offered and sold the tune up
special to me that each of the ten tune ups was available as long as I owned my
boat.”
This statement is obviously inaccurate. It is proven
inaccurate because FBC does retain the original signed document that was
presented to Mr. [redacted] at the time of sale. This original is a two part
document. FBC has one copy and the other copy was torn off and given to Mr.  [redacted] after it was executed by both a representative
of FBC and Mr. [redacted]. To further collaborate our documentation, it appears that
Mr. [redacted] has a unique signature. There would be no way to guess how he signs
his name.  Both the way the “*” in [redacted]
is written and the extremely unique “[redacted]” show that this would be impossible
to guess.  (This copy was already
provided to the Revdex.com on [redacted]’s request)
After checking our records Mr. [redacted] is correct. We have no
record of him renewing his agreement after the first year. This means that FBC
rendered services to him over and above what that required under his agreement.
Even though it is our position that his claims have no base,
FBC is still committed to finding a fair resolution to this complaint.

We were sorry to hear that [redacted] was not completely satisfied
with his purchase of the used Yamaha Waverunner. There several opinions in...

his
complaint that we do not agree with but do understand that it how he viewed the
transaction. Please allow me to state some facts:
Many brands like Sea-Doo and Yamaha have specific financing
for their own products. For example if you buy a Yamaha Waverunner, Yamaha can
provide the financing. If you buy a Sea-Doo, it is most likely that the bank
Sea-Doo partners with will provide the financing. In Mr. [redacted]s specific case
he states that he was trying to purchase a $5,000 jet ski. It was a Sea-Doo
Spark. We tried and failed to secure financing from the company that provides
the financing for Sea-Doo. Yamaha however did provide an offer on the used
Waverunner. You cannot purchase the $5,000 Sea-Doo with Yamaha’s financing.
Fun Bike Center did not get paid a penny or receive any
other incentive from Yamaha (Capital One) for the loan that [redacted]s agreed
to. In fact the opposite is true. Fun Bike Center was charged $565.57 by
Capital One, Yamaha’s finance partner, to complete the loan. [redacted] was approved
on their tier 5 program which is set by Capital One and Yamaha and cannot be
adjusted by the dealer. Fun Bike Center did not pass this charge on to [redacted]s. Fun Bike Center absorbed the cost. Any statement from anyone that implies
Fun Bike Center could have provided any other APR other than the one he received
for the purchase of the used Waverunner on Tier 5 Yamaha financing is simply
not true.

Mr. [redacted],
I am resending the attached copy of my earlier email as I have not yet received a response from you.  I would very much appreciate receiving a copy of the Agreement that you have stated is on file with the Fun Bike Center with my signature relative to the 'tune up' special office that I purchased from Fun Bike Center.
Please forward a copy of this document to me at [redacted].
Thank you,

Fun Bike Center has never offered a maintenance agreement that does not come with expiration date. I pulled your exact signed agreement and it clearly states that it is good for a period of 1 year. At the end of that year you can renew the agreement up to a maximum of 2 additional years. This puts the total maximum amount of time your renewed agreement could have covered at a total of 3 years. We do have a copy of this agreement and you are welcome to request a copy at any time.
I do show that you did use 3 services. The retail value of these three services alone is greater than the original 999 that the agreement cost.
If I understand your request for settlement correctly, you are requesting that we refund every dollar that the agreement cost you and that just does not seem fair.

[redacted] and [redacted] are the most friendly and helpful sales people to work with! I bought a motorcycle from them and they helped me ship it to Hawaii. I didn't have to go the dealership, they handled all the paper work, I just coordinated the shipping. Easy sale and transfer of payment and title. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for any type of motorcycle.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
They never spoke about resolving the issue. They are just being a for-profit company and only caring about the sale, not the servicing.

I would first like to say that, you do not use flat paint on the walls, flat paint is for ceilings only!!!! Flat paint hides all imprefections and u can NOT wipe clean! Second, the people who do the painting do a horrible job. Behind my cabinets, they didn't even paint the sheet rock. Paint was all over crown molding and on floor. After 4 months still scraping paint away!! After spending about $50,000 I now have to hire someone to repaint my entire home. Very dissatisfied.... I also had a soft spot in my living room, that I called about twice and had fixed twice ...still the soft spot is visible.
