I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I have made many phone calls (20+) to this business since November in order to resolve their outstanding warranty on red squirrel removal at my homeI also have phone records to prove this, and have received no return phone calls from the business in response to my inquiries since Nov I have not gotten any updates until filing a complaint with Revdex.com, and then I heard back from the company through Revdex.comTo date, the business has not called me to explain anythingThey did remove red squirrels and clean debris, but their exclusion work did not meet their warranty because it did not prevent further red squirrels from entering, and they did not return to honor their warranty and trap all the squirrelsMy spouse has since trapped red squirrels entering the houseTherefore, I am happy to accept a refund of $from the $that was paid for squirrel removal and exclusionI look forward to receiving this refund as soon as possible Regards, [redacted] Revdex.com received the following consumer update: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowRevdex.com spoke to consumer who relayed the following:The business had stated they would refund me within daysThat has not happened as there has been no refund received and no contact from the businessRegards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I filed a complaint # [redacted] a month ago regarding a bat abatement contract that was signed with this companyThe owner acknowledged that he did not follow through on his contract and stated that he would reimburse me within daysI have not only not heard from him, which I have no interest in as I have had to hire someone new to do the same job that I hired him for, but I have received no refundI would like a refund as the job was not completed properly as is evidenced by numerous bats in my house since his "work" Regards, [redacted] ***

We have been waiting for the visual deterrents as they were shipped today and should have it in on MondayWe will be out Monday afternoon to finish the serviceAs far as our phone number being disconnected we had problems with our phone company on receiving incoming calls within the last monthWe had already resolved that issueIf she couldn't reach us by phone she could have sent us an email for a faster responseI will reach out to her today

On 4/I did return [redacted] 's call when she initially called me in regards to the eagle eye bird deterrent not being effectiveI said I would contact her during the week to discuss possible alternativesUnfortunately I was unavailable the last week an and half due to family reasonsShe only called me twice yesterday when I was still unavailableIf she really needed to reach me she could have reached me by text and or email she she did not attempt to doI receive over phone calls per day and it's hard this time of year to keep upI'm still willing to work with her on this issue and find alternatives on addressing this problemI think it was premature to file a complaint againstOr I'm willing to refund $because the cost of the Eagle Eye bird deterrent was $and that is non refundable

Unfortunately, I was injured in a vehicle accident yestrrday afternoon and was not able to get out to Me ***'s home to address the problemI was released from the hospital within the last hourIn learning about this complaint I will refund her money within the next days

In response to [redacted] 's complaint, She files this complaint the same day she contacts us when I took time off to handle my family's affairsI have captured red squirrels and excluded her structure to prevent entryShe has contacted me as well as I have returned her calls on several occassions to which I have phone records to prove itSince January 1, 2016, we are no longer providing service to Western [redacted] because we downsized our companyI will have agree to give her $because I did remove red squirrels and we did dean up the pine cone debris in her basementShe will have her refund within days if not soonerSincerely, Jason C

*** has been very difficult to satisfyShe did hire us to remove several bats that were living in her attic spaceThe first day we sealed up her home entirely and placed several traps in her attic spaceI was coming out every three days to check and reset traps and I had removed several bats
from the atticShe claims she still heard noises in her ceiling and I even came out after hours to see if I can hear the noise myselfI spent minutes at her residence and heard nothingAt that time I had opened up one of the eaves and set a net over the entry pointSince no bats were not caught in any of the traps in over a month and she claims she hstill head noise without any physical evidence to support her claimI will be more than happy to refund her her $even though I had worked on the structure and removed several bats I find this complaint has no merit simply to make an excuse not to pay and have services rendered for freeRefund will be sent out the end of the week

I’m refunding him his moneyDue to circumstances beyond my control Iam no longer able to service this client

After losing service vehicles the last days and having to replace them we will return on Wednesday to follow up on Mr*** snake issueI will reach out to him later today
