Unfortunately, I was injured in a vehicle accident  yestrrday afternoon and was not able to get out to Me [redacted]'s home to address the problem. I was released from the hospital within the last hour. In learning about this complaint I will refund her money within the next 30 days.

At this point I no longer wish for the business to return as I do not trust them to do what they say they will do. I would like a refund as they have failed to do what they were contracted to do. I filed a complaint #[redacted] a month ago regarding a bat abatement contract that was signed with this company. The owner acknowledged that he did not follow through on his contract and stated that he would reimburse me within 30 days. I have not only not heard from him, which I have no interest in as I have had to hire someone new to do the same job that I hired him for, but I have received no refund. I would like a refund as the job was not completed properly as is evidenced by numerous bats in my house since his "work".

At this point I'm refunding Mr. [redacted] $225. I'm not wasting any more time driving 2 hours one way to provide services when he's not home at the scheduled appointment. He will receive his refund in 15 days.

In response to [redacted]'s complaint, She files this complaint the same day she contacts us when I took time off to handle my family's affairs. I have captured 3 red squirrels and excluded her structure to prevent entry. She has contacted me as well as I have returned her calls on several...

occassions to which I have phone records to prove it. Since January 1, 2016, we are no longer providing service to Western [redacted] because we downsized our company. I will have agree to give her $600 because I did remove 3 red squirrels and we did dean up the pine cone debris in her basement. She will have her refund within 45 days if not sooner.
