I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below ive already purchased a new futon elsewhere, therefore, I want the credit invoice issued to the leasing company for the merchandise that you just admitted that I do not have! I waited almost weeks for the correct futon to arrive, when I was told it would be to weeks....so that is why I cancelled it because I was done waiting and no one seemed to have the decency to answer the phone there or to even call me back, despite how many messages I left Regards, [redacted]

I dispute every accusation made hereThis is so baseless, full of untruthsAnd it is unfortunate because Mr* rented a lot from me for almost years, and we have been more than fair with him over the years about his rentFrom the moment I told them I did not want to buy their home due to the price, etc around Feb 20th or so, things got ugly with themI was really surprisedShe told me that very moment that she would not pay February rent as I mentioned last timeIt appears that they just wanted to skip out and not pay February rent and let their home sit there free and advertise it for sale at my costThat is not the way it worksNo verbal agreement nor written agreement was ever made about not having to pay lot rent, neverWhy would I tell anyone in my parks that anytime they were moving and were selling their home ? just to forget paying rent? No one was ever told to not pay rent just because they were movingTheir accusation is absolutely untrueMy son in law was with me when I appraised this home Just FYI - Their rent was already past due when they called me on Feb 13th saying they were wanting to sell their doublewide and they knew thatIt appears they just wanted to get out, not pay any rent just let the home sit there free until it sold About it being in their ‘best interest’ to let the bank foreclose? Non-sense, simply untrue never happenedWe talked about foreclosure being their ‘absolute last option if a seller cannot find a buyer and the seller is overloaded with debt’, but for me to tell anyone as she said that it is in their ‘best interest’ to let the bank foreclose on their home is simply a statement! That would destroy their credit, assuming they had good creditWhen banks foreclose on mobile homes which happens at times, we file an abandonment application if need be with the magistrate and deal with the bank themselves, not the seller, since it would be going into foreclosureTheir home was not a foreclosure, rent was due per the terms on the attached Lot Rental Agreement That I claimed on Court Forms that I owned the home? Simply untrue againCourt Application Ejectment Form is attached - I never said I owned the home because I don’t own the home, nor does the Application say anywhere that I own the home simply untrue again, goshThe Magistrate’s Application for Ejectment simply says rent is $a month [as of 2-22-they were $behind which is exactly correct]And the Court form asks us for the address and to describe the premise which is exactly what I did This is the Court’s form, not mineAnd about these personal attacks being mentioned lying, hassling people, etc.it hurts to read these accusations – Untrue again, not even going to get into thatWhen people do not pay rent, you evictWhen people tell you straight up that they are not going to pay rent and are already late, you go to the magistrate and file an application for ejectment which is exactly what I didThat is how the system works with anyoneI certainly do not tell people just to forget paying rent because they are moving Now the rest of the story They found a buyer for their homeAs I said before, I have an application dated March 8th from their buyerI approved their buyer and I agreed to rent this lot to their buyer, but February rent would have to be paid 1st of course before any new lease would be signed standard business practicesThey failed to tell you that I ‘lifted the Ejectment application’ when she found a buyer They also failed to tell you I waived ‘every penny of the late fees’ that were due, which would have totaled an extra $per the lot agreement signed as they were days late when the new tenant signed out [x $5] on March 20thAs stated last time, the buyer of their home ended up paying these people’s past due February lot rent when they signed my lease on March 20th, all late fees waivedThat is how we run our parks, and that is why we have virtually no turnover We run clean, safe, family-oriented communities and have had a great relationship with most all residents for yearsEverything we did was by the book; I think it is time to put this complaint to bedJust for the record - This couple owes me no money, because the buyer of their home which I approved signed my lease on March 20th and paid their past due February lot rent all late fees waivedAttached is the following: Lot Rental Agreement showing due dates of lot rent; Magistrates Application for Ejectment form

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I was never told I would get the floor model if the warehouse didn't have a brand new one I have never received my $rebate, and I have phone records for myself and my witness that we can provide that indicate there has not been an attempt to contact me since the one piece was fixedThey are not being honestx Regards, [redacted]

In early we purchased a living room set from Furniture Liquidators in Seymour, IN We were somewhat skeptical about a few of the features but when we asked the sales person about them we were assured that there had never been any issues After having the items only a few months, we started experiencing issues The buttons that we were assured would not come off, began popping loose They were fixed but the feeling that we had been misled to make a sale became more evident There were additional problems that were reluctantly fixed After having the furniture less than a year, the real problems started The frame and reclining mechanism began to malfunction Conveniently, each time we called to try to get the problem taken care of, the gentleman that we needed to speak with was not available Our calls were never returned and as such the defect was never fixed As we could not get any service through the retailer, we wrote the issue off as a bad decision on our part and we'd just live with it until such time as we could replace it with a quality piece However, over the holidays this year while entertaining friends, one of our guests went to sit on the sofa and was nearly injured when the whole thing came apart When I turned the unit over to see what happened, I stumbled across the manufacturer's tag and after a quick search for their information was in contact with the folks at England Inc, in New Tazwell, TN They kindly informed me that this would have to be handled by the retailer and gave us their corporate customer service number Once we called the service number they informed us that they would be glad to come out and take a look at the defect....FOR A FEE, since it had been years since we purchased the items When we explained that if our calls had been returned it would have not been so long They informed us that we should have called them I understand that some products are better than others, but when you take a chance on a product based on the fact that it comes with a warranty that will address issues that may arise, it should be expected that they deliver on the warranty The service and warranty offered by Furniture Liquidators leave A LOT to be desired and England Inc offers no help in dealing with the retailers that represent their product
