Review: I purchase a bedroom set back on Feb.18,2015 was told that my inspected arrived time of which my merchandises to be here was on March 5,2015 so I begin calling two weeks after the 5th I was then told that my my bedroom set would be in on the 26th it has now been two months when I called last week I was that my bedroom set was in then I called back to see what time the delivery was for then was told that only the dresser mirror in not the bed itself and they don't know when it will be in I ask for my 2400.00 back once more they told I would have to talk to [redacted] I have been calling for this [redacted] person sense last month he having yet to this day contracted me yet.Desired Settlement: I want my hard earned money that I have worked for back right now that is all I want from this company what is minds.

This issue has been resolved. Customer has agreed to take a cash discount on a new purchase in exchange for waiting for her back ordered furniture. Delivery will be done free of charge when back ordered items arrive.

Review: On 8 August 2013 I went to purchase a sofa set at Furniture Mart located in 2421 Veterans Blvd. Kenner, Louisiana 70062.I was helped by lady named [redacted]. Our initial desire was to find and purchase our desired sofa set. This is why we allowed some of her comments, about the fact that I asked to ask my children their opinion on which sofa set to buy, slip by. We decided to ignore her comments and proceed with the purchase of the sofa set. AMR 4600 Beijing Camel Sofa & Loveseat for a total of 599.00 plus warranty and tax adding up to a total of 759.08. According to terms the furniture would arrive to the store on Monday, August 12, 2013 and be picked up from the store, as we would proved the transportation. On Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 5:33 pm I received a call in which I was informed that I would only be receiving on sofa on time because the other sofa was on back order. I was told I would have to wait at least one week to receive the other one. I told them I would need the set for Thursday, August 15, 2013 for a ring celebration for my son, who is a senior. I informed them that if my set was not ready for that day, I would want a refund. They told me that in order to get a refund, I would need to go talk with the manager before 6:30 pm which I did immediately. Before my conversation with the manager, [redacted] told me that she could not lose this sale and she would talk to [redacted] (manager) herself. After waiting fifteen minutes to speak with Mr. [redacted], he gave me an option to take some display sofa sets on loan while I waited for mine to come in. I refused at once because I wanted the set I chose and purchased. The same set that they had promised to have ready for Monday, August 12, 2013. Mr. [redacted] then told me that he himself would go to the warehouse on Monday and would make sure that the other sofa would be ready for Tuesday. He even stated that perhaps the sofa would be ready for that same Monday. He gave me his personal card and told me he would call before noon on Monday. I waited for his call and he never did. I called several times but no one could give me any information about my set. I called New Orleans store location and asked for a customer service line and was given the claims line 1-985-956-7321. I called that number for the first time on August 12 at 1:21 pm and was able to speak with [redacted], to whom I explained the situation to. [redacted] stated that she would talk to Mr. [redacted] to make sure that he was taking care of the situation. I never received a call back so I decided to call that number three more times (3:17, 3:50, 5:08 pm) and no one answered. On August 13, I called the number again at 8:49 and 10:04 am and once again no one picked up. At 10:49 I called the Kenner store 1-504-468-2002, asked for the manager and was told he would not return until Thursday. I then asked about my order and was told to call 1-985-956-7321 to receive information about my order. I called again at 10:59 and spoke with [redacted] once again. She informed me that she had spoken with Mr. [redacted] and he said he would call me so that she would not have to get involved with this. She told me that their option would be to lend me some sofas until my sofa set arrived. I told her that the option was all ready rejected since Saturday. That is why I believe that Mr. [redacted] does not want to talk to me. I told her that I had enough and I would like all my money to be refunded. She told me she would have to see if the area supervisor would approve the refund and it would be a couple of days before my check could be ready. I ask in a very respectful manner for your help in the hope that I can have my refund as soon as possible. I believe that they did not take their delivery days seriously as well as trying to fix the situation. I do not wish to have any relations with the company. I am amazed with the fact that this is only delivery. Imagine how difficult it would be to use my warranty. Due to the conflicts and lack of solutions I believe I am in the right to not have any personal or commercial relations with the company. I would like to believe that there are companies out there who are interested in making sales despite the quantity of the money involved in the sale.
