Review: I placed an order with Furniture Song on February **, 2014 for a total of $1,568.85. I called within their required 24 hours to cancel the order and only got voice mail. I left messages to please cancel the order and refund my payment. I then sent an email to there customer service department also requesting to cancel the order and requested a return email with a confirmation that my order had been cancelled with a refund to my credit card. I did not receive any notification via email about the cancellation nor did I ever get a call back after numerous phone calls and voice mail messages left requesting a return phone call. My wife called on February **, 2014 and requested to place an order and was connected to a customer service/sales representative. Upon making contact she demanded that they notify us immediately that our order was cancelled and that they send an confirmation that the order had been cancelled and that a refund was being credited to my account. At 7:00 on February **,2014 I received a confirmation email that my order "is now cancelled and refunded". We have attempted to contact Furniture Song on numerous occasions and we have been unable to talk to anyone about the refund to my credit card. It is now, March **, 2014 and I still have not received a credit to my account.

I would like assistance in obtaining a refund for a purchase that was cancelled as per the written policy of this company. Furniture Song has not provided the service that is expected of a reputable company and it appears is not honoring their statement that a refund occurred on February **, 2014.Desired Settlement: To obtain my refund of $1,568.86, as promised by Furniture Song on February **, 2014. Any assistance you can provide would be helpful.

Review: I ordered a dining set and corner cabinet in Feb 2014. They charged my debit card. Order said it would ship out mar. * and I would receive tracking email. Never received EMAIL. And my order should have been here 3 business days after mar. **2014. I have called multiple times and left voice mails as no one answers the phone here. I also emailed and no response.Desired Settlement: I want the full amount refunded of $1076 and change they charged my card.

Review: I ordered a piece of furniture on 2/**/14 from Furniture Song. They sent me an email saying my product would be shipped out on 3/**/14, and that I would receive an email the next business day that would tell me the exact delivery date and tracking information for the shipment. I did not receive any email confirming shipment. I have called the company at least 15 times, and get sent to voicemail each time. It seems impossible to talk to an actual person. I've left several messages as well as sent emails, all with no response. My credit card has been charged for the product. I am very concerned that this is not a legitimate company, and that my product will not be delivered at all, much less by the time they said it would.Desired Settlement: I would like my ordered delivered as soon as possible. We placed the order when we did because we need the item by a certain date. If we are unable to get this product in a reasonable time frame, I would like to be refunded for this purchase.

Review: I placed an order for a home bar on 1/**/14. My account was debited for the full amount of $1,775.97 on 1/**/14. I received an email on 1/**/14 with an order number, stating "Your order will be shipped out on 02/**/2014 and you will receive it 4 business days after, tracking information and your delivery day will be available and emailed one business day after your order is shipped". I then received a phone call informing me that there was a delay in shipment and that my order will be delivered on 2/**/14 between 1PM-4PM. I then received an email confirmation of the same.

My order was NOT delivered on 2/**/14 and I called the company after 5PM. Someone answered and asked if they could call me back with an update after they reach out to the driver. I never received a return phone call. Days have passed and no call. I've left messages and sent emails and still no reply. At this point, I just want a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded in full; $1,775.97.

Review: The name of this company is either furniture song, [redacted] or [redacted]. It seems to go by all 3. Nobody ever answers the automated phone system, the mattresses I paid for on February [redacted] have never arrived, and I have no tracking information and nobody has ever returned my phone calls. I've spoken with one person twice- once for the order, and then again after what seemed like endless repeated attempts to call the [redacted] area code number on the [redacted] website. On March * and was told I would receive my mattresses on March [redacted], because there was a problem with the shipping company. The whole day came and went with no communications or mattresses. And now again, there is no answer or return calls. Very scary and frustrating that I am in this position over $1300 and a month and a half later while my children still don't have mattresses on their bed frames.Desired Settlement: money back so I can buy mattresses for my two young children who have no mattresses in their room still.

Review: On February **,2014 , I ordered a Bed from Furniture Song. (The bed was a EDEN AICO POSTER BED). We were very excited to see the bed online and to be able to purchase it because we have already the other pieces of the furniture to the set, but at the time we could not afford the Bed itself, so we waited until we could. Unfortunately the set had been discontinued by the time we had saved the money . I still continued to search endlessly for the bed and I found it at Furniture Song in New York. I quickly called the store and the phone was picked up right away once I told then I wanted the sales department. I was transferred to a gentleman whose name was [redacted], I think. I was asked what I was looking for I responded with the AICO EDEN BED, and he asked me to hold on, I held on for a couple of minutes and he came back and replied Yes we have it. I asked him how much was the bed and he said the bed and delivery will be a total of $2240.73.. The bed itself was $1684.96, which was an exceptional price being that everyone else sold the bed for nearly 2000.00. I was extremely happy to pay the money for the bed and delivery. As soon as I paid for the bed I received CONFIRMATION in my email stating that the bed was paid, which I still have. The gentleman then said that I would get the delivery in 2 to 3 weeks and that someone would call me in ior 2 days after the initial purchase, no one ever called. So I called the furniture Store back and a lady answered and asked me to hold on. The phone seemed different almost like I was calling to a home phone. I could here the lady talking to her kids about going to bed and it had a strange tone to the phone. I was thinking then that something was strange, it was a evening call. The man on the phone said that my shipment will ship on March **. 2014.. and I would hear from someone to let me know when they would arrive with the furniture exactly in one or two days and it would arrive in approximate 3 to 4 days after the shipment. I never heard from anyone in the 1 or 2 days after I spoke to the gentleman. Since that conversation I have called several times to try to find out a definite delivery date since no one had ever called and I know longer can reach anyone at the furniture store and all phone calls are sent to voice mail I am thinking we have been scammed and I would like my money back. The website has even been taken down and says under construction. As I look at the other complaints about this company its all the same stuff. Folks may have lost millions through this company. I am retired from the Navy and My wife and I are still working for the because we have too continue to work. We don't have $2240.73 to loose, as I stated above we saved for it, Can you help us find out a resolution to this issue. We appreciate your help in any way. Review: I ordered a product and they indicated there was a fire and it was destroyed. They took my money and will not refund. They will not answer calls for emails.Desired Settlement: Order payed on March **, 2015. I would like full refund immediately.

Review: I ordered few items from Furniture Song on January *, 2014, order totaling $6058.25 USD. I was promised that the order was going to be shipped out on January **, 2014 and I would receive it within 3 business days. I was promised one business day after the order was to be shipped, tracking information and exact delivery day was going to be available and emailed to me. I started to call the sales person since I had asked for his direct line. I was lucky that I talked to the same customer representative that I had placed the order with. He strongly apologized for the delay and then declared that the preparation for my order was taking longer than what they previously had expected. However, they guaranteed a new delivery date on February **, 2014. I received no updates from customer service by e-mail for the February **, 2014 delivery so I started to call customer service again. I called several times but the calls were routed to voice mail. Lucky, I was able to reach customer service. I was asked to please give them some more time because they were waiting for a piece of furniture that was coming from California and it had not arrived. Again, I was promised another delivery date, February **, 2014. On February **, 2014, I had received no updates from customer support again. So, I started to call again and was told that the order was leaving the warehouse February **, 2014, and to give them 3 business days. Again I was told one business day after shipment tracking information and delivery day was going to be available and emailed. By March [redacted] I had not received the furniture or any contact from the furniture store. After many attempts to contact Furniture Song by phone and e-mail and not being able to contact them, on March *, 2014, I requested by email and phone again to cancel and refund my money. Now they don't answered the calls or replied to emails. I paid for the furniture by credit card and informed the credit card company I had been promised the furniture within 3 business days back on January [redacted]. On March *, 2014, I informed the credit card company I would like to file a dispute for the total charge since I never received the furniture. Fortunately the credit card company stated they would refund my money and go after the company for a settlement of the dispute.

I would like to file a grievance with Revdex.com against the company because I paid the company for the order and they never shipped as promised several times. It looks like the company may be a fraud. Luckily, I was able to work with the credit card company and hopefully I will not be charged for the items but the company has until May [redacted] to contact the credit company to say the charge is valid. If I do have to pay for the furniture and do not receive the furniture, I feel I have been ripped-off. I would like the Revdex.com to investigate if others have been in my situation with this company and for the Revdex.com to let other people know so they will not loss their money.Desired Settlement: Full refund to credit card for portion pay.

Review: I ordered a glass table for our office on May *, 2013. We receaved a notice that the order was being shipped, and they gave us an expected delivery date of May **, 2013. The table was delivered; however, upon delivery the glass top of the table was broken. The delivery men took the glass top, and said that they would have a new one shipped out to us. After a month I called their customer service number, and was put on hold numerous times before I was eventually forwarded to a voice mail each time. This continued until September when I gave this task to our Office Manager, [redacted]. She then continued to call them daily. The 4th or 5th time she called she spoke with a Sales Rep. He assured her that they would send the piece out asap. He sent an e-mail saying that this matter was being taken care of. She waited 2 weeks, and called again after no sign of the table top piece. She spoke with the same man who said he remembered her. She asked if she could at least get the manufacturer's information in order to make a order through them directly to get the missing piece. She was put on hold for 45 minutes before being disconnected. This happened 4 or 5 more times before she started being forwarded directly to voice mail. She is still not able to reach anyone on the phone over there. She did call from her cell phone as to trick them into answering since she has a different area code and number than our office phone. That call was answered, and she was abruptly put on hold after explaining the circumstance. I have tried to take this issue to my credit card in order to get a full refund, but that was denied. We have paid in full for this table, and we would like to get this settled. [redacted] made a final attempt today to call them, and spoke with the same Sales Rep as she has previously. He said that the table will be shipped on November [redacted]. Since they have said they were shipping it before, and it never was shipped I would still like to submit a complaint because they have mislead us time and time again.Desired Settlement: We would like to see the table top delivered to our offices. If for some reason this table top is no longer available from the manufacturer then we would like a full refund.

Review: I ordered 2 leather chairs on July *, 2013. The company processed the order and it still shows on their website. I called them several times and left my phone number and name and also sent several emails asking them to call to confirm my order was processed. I checked my bank account and the money was taken out when I placed the order, but now I can't find the transaction anywhere in my account? I asked them over phone messages left to please contact me, I was concerned about the order. I got once response email, but it was the same email send to me when I ordered stating the chairs would be shipped July **. Their website states 24/7 customer service, but I have called numerous times and left numerous messages and no response from the company. I would just like to know if my order is not going through so I can order chairs through another company. I can not believe a company would not respond to a customer, I have not had this happen before. All I want is to know what is happening with my order because I do not want to order new chairs if this order is going to go through, but I also can not wait another second for a response from this company. The Business has not contacted me at all since I ordered from them over a month ago. I have already ordered new chairs from Pier One and received them. I would like no further contact from this company and my order to be cancelled. They are not to charge my credit card and I have already sent them several emails explaining this.
