Review: I ordered my bedroom furniture on April 1st and as of today 4/25/13, I have not received my bedroom set. I have contacted FurniturePM for 3 days now and no one had responded back. I left two messages and an email and no response. I contacted them again today(4/25/13) and this time you cannot even get through. All I want is for them is to refund my money.Desired Settlement: Refund my money.

Review: I purchased a cocktail table on December 4, 2012 (Order #[redacted]) from www.furniturepm.com, whereby my credit card was charged the next day. Their website stated delivery in 1-4 weeks. It has now been 3 months and 1 day and I still have not received the table. I have been in contact via email with a representative name "[redacted]". I keep getting excuses as to the delay from the supplier. The last email was approximately 3 weeks ago when [redacted] stated that they should have the table in their distribution facility within 10 days. After those 10 days passed, I have sent two additional emails with no reply from [redacted]. I feel that they misrepresented the delivery timeframe and I am very upset at the poor customer service. My last emails asked for an upgrade to the delivery method to "Delivery with Assembly" as compensation for the substantial delay. Once again, I have heard nothing from [redacted] since my last email of nearly 3 weeks ago.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be to have the table delivered within one week with an upgraded delivery method to "Delivery with Assembly" as defined on their website.

On 2/7/13, the below message is what I received. It is now 3/14, and they continue to say the table is on back order??? I still do not understand whay they are lying! It has been over 3 months since my order was placed and one would think that they could find another supplier to fill the order!!

Review: I ordered furniture from this company on March 18, 2013. I spoke with the company several times after that to make sure my order was ready. After four weeks of waiting I recived nothing. I made contact again and they told me that my order was in and would be shipped after it was inspected, yet I never got anything. I tried to contact them again in ask for my furniture or a refund and never got any response. Now there customer service number no longer works, they took almost $600.00 from me and I got no furniture from them still two months later.Desired Settlement: I feel that the business should refund my card back the money they charged my card on March 25, 2013. I feel like they are scamming me out of my money and it is unfair that they are taking money and not sending out products.

Review: Ordered Bedroom furtniture on 4/1/13. The company has received full payment of $1,273.28.. Have been checking online since I placed the order and on 4/13 it went into "In Transit" status. I contacted the company and a representative informed me that I should receive a call or email notification within 14 days of when the furniture would be delivered. On May 13th I checked the company website again and " View Order | Reorder "Any orders placed through this store after 5/1/2013 will not be honored or fulfilled. PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO [email protected] FOR AN ORDER UPDATE." was posted. I tried to call and the number its states "Your call cannot be completed at this time." Review: I bought the merchants in question (two chest pieces) from Furiniture PM on line on 01/18/13 (order #[redacted]) and the merchant was supposed to be delivered within 4-6 weeks. The merchant was never shipped to me. I contacted the company three times most recent ones on 03/27/13 and 03/28/13 and requested my money to be reimbursed to my credit cards. However, they told me that I need to contact my credit company and dispute it with them.

This is outragous, they have charged my credit card since 1/23/13 and they have neither provided the merchandise nor wanted to reimburse my money.Desired Settlement: I need for my credit card to be refunded immediately...

Review: I ordered furniture on 12/29 and still have not received it. I contacted the Revdex.com on 2/8 and was told my furniture would arrive in 2 weeks. I can't wait anymore - I need furniture now. I have tried to call the company multiple times to cancel my order, but I am either put immediately on hold without being greeted or disconnected - like someone picks up the phone and then hangs it up without saying anything.Desired Settlement: Please cancel my order and refund any charges.

Review: Made several attempts to contact this company and can not get through. Spoke with a [redacted] on 4/16/13 and [redacted] stated that the company mailed on 4/12/13 a check in the amount of 863.39 to [redacted]. Which was my billing address at the time of purchase. It's been a month since the check has been mailed out and still can not get in touch with the company! This company do not answer emails nor calls!

Review: I would like to file a complaint about Furniture PM at the following address: Address for FurniturePM.com [redacted] This appears to be a fake furniture website that is set up to scam and steal people's money. I know because I was a recent victim of this "company". They promised to deliver my furniture today, and whenever I try to call the websites listed number, it is disconnected. Everything seemed to be legitimate when I placed my order and paid by credit card $3,300 for furniture. I even received an order confirmation. The next week I was told by a salesperson I reached that my furniture would be shipped and delivered to me on April 30, 2013. I have tried to reach them several times since April 12 to check on my order and the phone line is out of service. Please do something soon to stop these people from taking people's money. Review: I paid for furniture on the online site, I never received my furniture. I have called multiple times a month concerning my furniture delivery. I was repeatedly told that it was on back order and would be 2 more weeks. Now I am told that it is a merchant issue and I will not be receiving my furniture or a refund. I was told to contact my bank about charging back my purchase, however the length of time that I was told to wait my this company has conveniently placed me outside the chargeback window. I have all my receipts and phone calls to the company with dates and times called.Desired Settlement: I would like my furniture that I paid for delivered to my home. As that is what I contracted on November 29th, 2012. If you are unable to fulfill your end of the contract, I would like a refund of my money.

Review: I had purchased a sectional sofa and ottoman on February 2nd of 2013 for the amount of $974.88. My credit card was quickly charged and delivery was promised between 1-4weeks. Once the 4th week was approaching I was being told on a weekly basis that “the order was arriving to them from the warehouse in just a few days.” The time would come and pass, and I would call and get the same exact response. After weeks of being without a couch and the 4 weeks passing, I was then told the order was in back-order. I was never notified by e-mail, phone call, or by mail. Any interaction between me and the company was on my behalf, if I had never called I wouldn’t never known any information. The only two people I’ve ever spoken to on the phone were by the names of “[redacted]” and “[redacted]”, both who were always vague and gave me little to support or answers other than an endless circle of unanswered questions. When I was told on March 5th that my order was on back order, I canceled the order and requested a refund immediately. Again I was told that my refund would be processed in a few business days and refund in full would be granted to me. It was now March 25th, over 3 weeks later and I have not received a refund. This company has tied up my money for 2 whole months now. $1000.00 is A LOT of money to tie up on someone and I am now questioning and worried that I will never see this money. This is dishonest and unfair business, and if anything, I hope no other customer has to go through what I’ve been through with this company.

Review: Ordered a piece of furniture online 5/4/2013. At that time, was given an "estimated" date of delivery 6/4/2013. Today is 6/10/2013 & I have nothing. I have tried repeatedly to email the company in various different ways with no response. I am trying to call their phone & the call won't go through. Review: To make a long story short, I had placed a phone order with [redacted] for a bedroom set, Dinning room set, recliners & ottoman table on 2/25/2013. As weeks went by, the company provided different dates as to when these items will be available in stock for delivery. I was not aware of this process when I Spoke with [redacted]. I was under the impression, that the items listed on their website were in stock but delivery will take 1-4 weeks lead time. I was OK with that. I did not know that their process was for them to go out an see the items I had purchased were either in stock by the MFG or maybe discontinue items. After several phone calls and emails with [redacted], who was very rude, I had to cancel half my order and keep the items that were in stock and in the possession of furniturepm. I finally rec'd my dinning room set and recliners. Unfortunately, the other items that were ordered, were the items that furniturepm could not provided status for. Furniture PM did refund and only charge my credit card for the items I rec'd. However, When my husband assemble the table chairs, [redacted] incorrectly ordered the wrong chairs to the table. My chairs do not fit under table. I called [redacted] and he transferred me to [redacted] who was the claims specialist. I explained the situation and [redacted] made it seem that it was not a problem and I will have to email him with all my information. I emailed [redacted] the same day and he confirmed the email. I forgot to ask one questions so I replied back to the email and [redacted] has not responded. For the past two days I've tried calling the company at numbers they provided and all I get is voicemails to each department. I emailed [redacted] 3 x's and cc [redacted] and [redacted] ( manager) and no one will respond. I also left two voicemails to [redacted] and one to [redacted]. Today, I tried calling both numbers I have and these numbers are now disconnected. I have all the emails for proof.Desired Settlement: I would like to get refunded for the dinning room set.

Review: On February 4th I paid for a bed from this company in the amount of $503.79. The money was paid for on my debit [redacted] card. After six weeks, I called the company for a delivery date and was told that the manufacturer would not give the company the bed and had 'locked down' my funds???!!! I told them that I wanted a refund since they could not give me the bed. They told me that they would not be able to refund my money and that I would need to contact my [redacted] card in order to get my funds returned. I spoke to the manager, then emailed the CO of the company to no avail. No product was delivered, my money was taken and not refunded.Desired Settlement: I want all of the $503.79 refunded to my credit card immediately.

Review: I purchased some living room furniture from Furniturepm website on April 7, 2013. It was suppose to arrive in 1-3 weeks, it could have even said 1-4 weeks not quite sure, but I understand that sometimes there could be delays. It has been a little over 5 weeks now, I've tried to call them several times and get a machine telling me to call back later. I've also emailed them twice once to ask them if they had any ideal when my furniture would arrive and once to ask for a refund and I have not received any response as of today. I check my account at Furniturepm often to check the status of my furniture and it always states: in transit, that status has been on there every since I payed it in full. My credit union paid my bill in full, which was $1,603.25 and I have not received my furniture yet nor have I heard from them.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay me the full amount of what was taken from my bank account which was $1,603.25

Review: Ordered furniture on line on 4/18/13 thru furniturepm; Hamlyn small bookcase for $133.66 and $95.00 shipping (3-5 days ground delivery) totaling $228.66 charged to my credit card. To date I have had no delivery, cannot access the company during business hours thru the listed phone# [redacted], am unable to access my account with my email address & password to check status of order, have had not return contact from furniturepm to my emailed requests for assistance and am unable to access their on line live chat customer service as it seems disabled. I am looking refund in the above said charged amount to my credit card.Desired Settlement: refund to credit card
