Review: I ordered a TV stand from this company on 4/10/13 and as of today I have not received the product. Every time I try to check the website it says that the order is in transit. I have emailed the company three different times and have yet to receive a response. I also called two different phone numbers, one that was stated in the confirmation email and one that was stated on their website, and both numbers do not connect with anyone. I am very worried at this point that I have been scammed. My order amount was over $450 and I have waited long enough for this to be resolved. Please help.Desired Settlement: I would like my tv stand and if that is not possible then my money back.

Review: I ordered a dining room set on April 8, 2013 and it is now May 7, 2013. I have not received my dining room set. I have sent emails asking for status, and they have not returned my emails. I have tried calling and it has been telling me that my call can't be completed at this time. I feel this is horrible customer service, and if they did go out of business they could have at least sent out a notification so I could order it somewhere else. I have my sons birthday party in a month and need a dining room set.Desired Settlement: I want to be able to contact them to find out what is going on. I would like my furniture delivered immediately and I want them to take money off for the terrible service and the length of time it has taken.

Review: I purchased a bed on 11/12/2012 and paid $677.21 via paypal. I called weekly to find out the status and kept being told one more week. The 1st week of January I was advised to cancel the order which I did and that they would mail me a refund check. Finally today after a month of leaving messages with no return call I spoke to a person who told me that they no longer have my money and that I need to call my bank to get a refund. This is absurd, they no longer have my money because they spent it. I am frustrated, angry and fell very taken advantage of. Please help this is a lot of money to not get back from a company that failed to deliver or refund as promised.Desired Settlement: I want a refund, a cashiers check wold be preferable as I do not trust that a check will clear at this point.

Review: The loveseat I ordered and paid for from Furniture PM was supposed to be delivered last Saturday. I never received a phone call from them on Friday confirming and when I called them Friday after work, they were gone for the day.

I also tried to call on Saturday and sent an email from my home computer. I have been calling every day, a few times a day and sent another 2 emails. When I call I just get the operator saying "your call cannot be completed at this time".Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my loveseat that I ordered a month ago. If that is not possible for any reason, I would like a full refund of my money.

Review: Still have not received a refund check that the company said they would remail to my current address on 03/22/13. The first check they sent me bounced and they called me after my former complaint about that on 03/22/13 and said they would promptly remail me another check to my current address of [redacted] I have never received this second refund check and I am still waiting for my refund.Desired Settlement: Would just finally like to receive a check for products that I did not receive that does not bounce. Thanks.

Review: I received a refund check from Furniture PM after the Revdex.com had them send it to me and I cashed it at my local bank and I got it back yesterday from them stating that the check had insufficient funds. I think they wrote me a bad check for my refund and so I am contacting you regarding this as it took your involvement for me to get the check in the first place.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back for a chair and ottoman I never received. This has been dragging out now since October 2012 and I just need a real refund check that can be cashed please.

Customer deposited the wrong Check. We sent a new check to the customer, but shipping address has been change. We spoke with customer and now we have the correct address. Please see attachment (the Check that has been shipped to the previous address)

Review: ordered furniture 4-16-2013.Payment was made and furniture was to be delivered in 4-6 weeks Sent 3 e-mails in regard to my order, with no response .As of today I still have yet to receive an e-mail or furniture.Desired Settlement: e-mail me and deliver my furniture.

As of April 1st, 2013 we have requested a refund. The company stated they cannot refund it because the order took place "too long ago." They said to file a request with our credit card company. Our bank has already paid them, they are responsible for a refund.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $1,301.26

I am rejecting this response because: The order was placed in November of 2012. Many months later we have no product or refund. Until we actually receive the furniture we ordered or the refund, as we have requested because the furniture has never been delivered, we cannot accept this response. They keep giving promises of a refund but have not delivered thus far.

Review: 5-piece furniture set ordered on 3/26/2013. 4 pieces received on 4/26/2013. Upon delivery I attempted to call FurniturePM and the phone number was no longer in service. I have called everyday now for 1 week and still the number is not in service. A second phone number listed on the company's website has been disconnected. I emailed a representative named [redacted] who had communicated by email with me after my order was placed, but have not received a reply to date. Additionally, the "Online Chat Representative" on the website has been unavailable for a week now.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to contact me by phone to inform me of the status and expected delivery date of the remaining item of my order, and provide me with a reliable phone number to follow up until my order is complete.

Review: Ordered $1179.12 worth of goods and never received. Customer service number is not active and wont return any emails.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive what I ordered or at minimum a refund.

Review: on 4/15/2013 I ordered and paid for a bed for my son to the sum of $665. I used the online ordering tool at FurniturePM's website. I then heard from no one from the company. After two days I sent an email asking when my delivery would be. I received an email back that my product was on back order and would be delivered on 5/6/2013. As the date got closer for delivery I sent more emails asking for delivery times which still have gone unanswered. On 5/7/2013 I tried to call them and all their phone numbers have been disconnected.

I have canceled my credit card and entered a dispute.

These people took my money and NEVER intended to deliver the product.Desired Settlement: Their website needs to be shut down so they can stop ripping people off.

Review: We ordered furniture on 4/5 and never received it. We e-mailed the company and received a response on 4/17 that the furniture was "in transit". We have still not received the furniture. None of the customer service numbers work. They charged our card immediately.Desired Settlement: Since we have not received our merchandise and we have no way to contact the company we would like a refund. We have been charged over $1,000 and we never received our furniture.

Review: There are multiple issues here. More than the primary complaint. I sent an email on the stores website on Sunday, November 25th. On November 27th when I hadnt heard anything back, I then called and placed the order. At that time, the website advertised that we would have delivery within 4 weeks. After 3 weeks have gone by with no contact, I then called the company. I spoke to a very rude customer service representative who I found out later was actually the sales manager. I was told that it was only 3 weeks and I would get the furniture. After 4 weeks went by, I then called again and got the exact same very rude customer service rep. I was then told again that I would get my furniture and that it normally takes 4 weeks, but it can be delayed at times. I then waited until after Christmas and called on January 3rd. I was again told that they were still waiting for the furniture to come in by the rude customer service rep. At that time, I asked for some sort of compensation for the delay in service. I was told that they run on a very small profit margin and would not be able to do so because they are still planning on providing service. At that time I was told the delay was on the lamps I had ordered and that they were backordered. I told them to ship the rest of the furniture and when the lamps come in, they could ship them seperately. We finally received the majority of the furniture in late January/early February. Now on March 19th, I again called to find out where my lamps were. A sales rep by the name of [redacted] answered and was yet again, very rude. He questioned why I waited since January 3rd to call to find out where my lamps are. "Im not trying to bust your [redacted] but come on." I asked him if he was able to see any notes on my account regarding the delays I have already had. He then put me on hold and transferred me to [redacted] confirmed all of my information and advised that he would send out a refund check because they stopped making it.Desired Settlement: Due to the HORRIFIC customer service that we have received I feel that we should be compensated in some way. I feel that this all should have been resolved in a much more timely manner AS ADVERTISED on their site and verbally and if they werent able to provide the service in a timely manner, we should have received a call or notification rather than waiting for me to approach them regarding the delay.

The refund that is stated is for the lamps that we ordered that apparently are no longer being made. I found out on my own accord by calling the company and inquiring where my lamps are on my own. I should have received some sort of notification from the retailer a while ago.

Review: On February 11, 2013 I purchased a couch from Furniture PM. The couch was listed at $1011.92 and with delivery and taxes the total came to $1119.04, which I put on my debit card ([redacted]). The original ad stated the product delivers in 1-4 weeks. After 4 weeks, I did not receive the couch and called to inquire. They stated that sometimes deliveries are late and they would be calling me soon with a delivery date. After 2 more weeks, I still did not receive my product and when I called the service representative told me they were having a problem with [redacted] and that the account was locked and they weren't able to deliver my couch. They stated they could not give me a refund either. He was reluctant to transfer me and so I emailed their support line. I informed them that I was consulting an attorney and demanded a refund or what I purchased. A few minutes later they sent me an email stating they would receive my couch in 1-2 weeks and they would rush delivery. I accepted that and after 2 more weeks my order status did not change. I called and got the same representative on the phone and he stated the same story about the court case and stated I would have to wait until the outcome. I asked for a manager and he repeated the same story as the representative. He also told me that customers from December 4-February 15 were experiencing the same problem. I would like to know why it took this company two and a half months to realize they weren't receiving these products when they were guaranteeing a much shorter delivery time. Also, the ad for my couch is still listed. It is also listed at a cheaper price and shorter delivery time (1-3 weeks). The price is now $938.31. I asked the manager why this ad is still posted and he told me it takes a lot to maintain a website. Yet, they went on and modified it at a cheaper price. I have checked your website and the rip-off report website and there are many complaints against this company. I don't know how they can keep getting away with this and I am wondering if I am being scammed. I have also contacted [redacted] to make them aware their products are being advertised and not delivered. This has been a terrible experience and do not wish to do any future business with this so-called company. I do not trust they would complete this order and would much prefer to take my business elsewhere. They cannot put a customer in the middle of their legal disputes and they have my money.
