fee helps to offset some of the expense of disposing of the vehicle after the lease has matured and is standard on every lease contract. The disposition fee is located in section three of Fusion Auto Finance’s lease agreement. In this case it seems as though your dispute is with [redacted] rather that Fusion Auto Finance as they offered to pay the fee on your behalf and this has not taken place. Any discussions with a third party regarding a new lease are pertinent to that transaction only and do not involve Fusion Auto Finance, the fee remains due. Please see the attached lease agreement.
We actually reached an amicable settlement of $526.83 with this customer on the 15th of August 2017. [redacted]
