I agreed to purchase a [redacted] the day before Thanksgiving on 11/23/from this dealer and a salesman named Patrick after having waited for days for repairs to fix the front end issue, as it was driving hard and seemed unstableI liked the looks of the car and thought it would be good for the winter for my daughter (who is in military and needs reliable transportation in snow) and I to drive if it were fixedI waited while Patrick said, during numerous phone calls/messages, that they needed to get parts to repair the vehicleI asked what was wrong with it but they would not tell meThen Patrick made excuses as to why it was taking so long to fixFinally the day before Thanksgiving he said it was repaired and I pickthe vehicle and headed directly out of townAs my daughter and I were leaving I noticed the vehicle was still driving badly and called the salesman and told him I wanted to return the vehicleHe refused and had somebody named Mike call me and berate

In regards to complaint ID [redacted] , the lien release has been provided and this has been resolvedPlease advise if any additional information is neededSincerely, Robert Benedetto President & Owner

On December 17, 2017, I purchased a [redacted] from Fusion Auto Sales in SpencerportBecause of its age and miles, the vehicle was covered by the NYS Lemon Law (days/miles)Within a couple of weeks and well within the time/miles limit, the car developed some issuesI promptly called Fusion and reported this to Mike R., who said to bring it out, that they would take care of itI immediately took it out to themThe six weeks since then have been a nightmare: I have been lied to and hung up on by staffers Mike and Patrick, and my phone calls/messages have gone ignored by them as well as Rob, the ownerFor a period of a couple of weeks, none of them were able to tell me where my car was and what was happening to itFor all I knew they wrecked my car and were having body work doneThey changed their stories about what was wrong with the vehicle and how they were addressing the issueEach staff member blamed the others for what was going onRob is a local elementary s

I bought a [redacted]  from fusion auto several months agoThe story starts when I went to go get the carI drove hours to get it and it had yet to pass inpection after he had a week to get it readyThis should have been my warning to get the hell out, but it was my first car and exactly what I was looking forI went home and met him halfway between my home and rochester a few days laterI paid $with tax and drove it homeOn the way home had no problems other than they didn't shut the hood all the wayThe next day driving it to work the check engine light came on and when I got to work it started steamingThe codes where for an oxygen sensor and an evap leakDealer sent me a new oxygen sensor, fixed thatHad to replace the radiatorFound and fixed the evap leakAfterwords it stoped taking gasI have to unhook an evap line to get it take gasCurrently trying to find a cheep mechanic to fix this for me due to it being far beond my skill level to fix, involving dropping and possibly replacing the gas tank and replacing whatever rusted falling apart metal that the dealer covered upI also discovered that the rocker panels are roted out and filled with great stuffI wouldn't have a problem with this car if I had paid what it is worth, which is probably around $3000, half of what I paid

This is in response to a complaint made by [redacted] who purchased a [redacted] from our dealership on August 31, Our policy is that if there are any issues with our vehicles after the sale, the customer needs to bring the vehicle back to our dealership and we will have it looked at by our mechanicsWhile we informed the customer of this policy, he repeatedly took the vehicle to other mechanics who inaccurately diagnosed issuesEach time, we had the vehicle brought back to us and took it to a reputable dealership for serviceEach time, the dealership was unable to find a problemThe first time the customer said it was diagnosed by his mechanic as having an issue with the idler pulley, the next time it was the transmission, then it was the transfer casePrior to selling this car we had the oil and oil filter changed on 8/17/17; we had new tires put on 8/22/17; and we had the emergency brake cable replaced and rear break calipers, pads and rotors repaired on 8/24/Then on September 15, we had both front upper ball joints repairedThis totaled nearly $1,in workFusion Auto Sales acted in good faith to evaluate all concerns regarding issues with this vehicleOur representatives took a significant amount of time to work with the customer Sincerely, Rob Benedetto Owner, Fusion Auto Sales

On 8-31-I purchased a *** *** from Fusion Auto Sales in *** N.Ywhich came with a thirty day warrantyUpon delivery to my home I told Rob that I could hear a grinding noise,he said he didn't hear it because he was listening to the baseball game on the radio on his way overThe following week I took it *** *** in *** N.YHe stated her could hear the noise and I should return it to the dealer to resolve the problemI also got a second opinion at *** *** in *** and they thought it was the transfer caseI repeatedly tried to contact Fusion Auto by phone and my calls were not returnedSo my wife and I drove up to the dealership on 9-11-to drop it off for repairs and Mike and I went out for a drive to confirm the noise which he stated he heard so I left the vehicle and paperwork thereI didn't get any calls about the repairs ,so on 9-15-a friend and I drove up to pick it up and Mike said there was nothing wrong with it

Purchased a ** *** at Auction, put out there by this dealershipThey seemed to put this car out without the proper lien release
I go through the trouble of getting the proper documents of the release put together for them, only thing required of them is signatures and possibly any proof that lien was paid off and handledI get the run around for more then a month, and now am chasing them for two weeks, emails don't get replied to unless I hound them
This is not how business is done, stay away from them,...Bobby as a person is very nice when I actually get to talk to her, everyone else, I have not got any straight answers or infoIf the lien release gets taken care of by end of the week I will retract this, if not I will continue to pursueI have a purchased car at auction, with all repairs done and not usable because of there lack of handling this
