Fusion

Fusion is the vendor for *** Shop. I placed an order an order and it's been "processing" for over two weeks with no apparent end in sight. I contacted their customer service a couple of times but they are unhelpful and don't tell me anything I don't already know from my account, I asked when it will ship approximately and all they said that it's "processing" nothing else. Then I tried to cancel the order but they said that they can't because it's "processing". I'm never ordering from *** Shop and Fusion ever again. Very long turnaround times, no shipment estimates, can't cancel orders, unhelpful customer service.
