Review: I purchased an RV extended warranty in 2013 and until now have had no need to use it. All of the contact numbers on the website and on the contract have been disconnected and there is no forwarding information. There is some bogus dialogue about how the business has been sold and they will honor the contracts with NO information on any follow up.
They obviously are out of the warranty business but into the fraud business.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my $4965.00 so I could purchase a warranty from a reputable business.
Review: I paid on May 25/2014 USD4610.00 to have 4 years insurance for my RV and this business never return my callDesired Settlement: refund me and cancel this policy
Review: We Paid $5470 for a 4 year warranty on our coach. Actually a little more, we submitted a repair bill in July or Aug 2013 and they credited that to what we owed, then they overcharged us $148 for the contract period. I tried with several emails and a couple of calls between me, [redacted] and [redacted] to get credit on my charge card at no avail, they finally stopped all communication but they were talking back and forth about taking care of it on my next repair. Not what I wanted as may not ever have one. Anyway, we did have 12/13/2013 it was our Aqua hot, was not sure how to handle a repair with a facility since never had one (the last one they covered a part my husband installed), so kept trying to call to no avail no one answered left several messages on all kinds of extensions, since it affected our heat and it was 28 degrees we told the repair facility to go ahead, he assured us it would be a problem as he had dealings with ACC before. Anyway, finally reached them about when the work was done and was told could not approve because job was started and we would need to pay and send bill in, it was a covered repair so they would pay and reimburse our overpayment at that time. We had not received payment I wrote an email on 4/20/2014 and did not get an answer. Called and got [redacted] on the phone he agreed it was a valid charge and they owed us the $148 overpayment and we would be getting an echeck in a couple of days. That did not happen. After several calls (one in which [redacted] said I was breaking up and hung up) and emails no answer since then.Desired Settlement: I want the $1009 owed for the repair and the $148 overcharged, I also want our contract cancelled as of July 9th with a refund of 28 months divided into $5470. Which is what we paid for a 4 year contract starting 11/10/2012. I think that is reasonable since July 10th is still a few weeks away. I could say immediately as I know if anything happens between now and then I will not see anything anyway. I read an answer that [redacted] wrote previously to Revdex.com, regarding company not returning phone calls. He said the ones they do not return are claims denied mostly a Norcold refrigerator issue and customers who have cancelled because they wait 30 days for potential claims to come in. First that is wrong, I am not either of those issues and they do not return calls or emails. And [redacted] can refund me immediately as I guarantee that we will not have any other claims other then the one he already has.
Review: While attending an RV rally in Gillette, WY on July 4, 2013 my husband and I purchased a 36-month extended service warranty on our motor coach from ACC Warranty Group based in Indianapolis, IN. Their address listed on our contract is 8888 Keystone Crossing, telephone number 1-888-2999-9888. Less than nine months later we sold our motor coach. We sent a certified letter of cancellation to ACC on May 1, 2014. The letter was signed for by an employee in their office so we know they received it. We have made numerous calls to their telephone number and left countless voicemails over the past 4-month period. We have not received our refund for the unused balance remaining on our contract nor have we received any response from ACC via telephone, mail or email. In desperation we have even involved our South Dakota State Attorney General's Office. The investigator from the Attorney General's office reported to us that their communications to ACC had been returned "Undeliverable, No Forwarding Address". So now we don't know what to do next to get our refund.Desired Settlement: We expect a refund of $2726.00 for the balance of the unused portion remaining on our contract. Conditions stated in our contract stipulated refunds would be granted upon receipt of a written cancellation letter which we fulfilled.
