I am rejecting this response because:Please know that neither I nor my friend, *** ***, who called initially on my behalf, spoke to anyone other than Buddy T***, (a Germain Toyota manager), with the exception of John's initial call he made, then speaking on January 13, to a salesman named Charles Charles told John that the truck could be sold for "$7,cash out the door" and later stated to me that one or two managers approved the sale to me of the Toyota Tacoma, but said Buddy was not the person who gave him this price It's certain there is much disarray within this dealership, and the fact that MrT*** agreed to sell me the truck at $7,is certain, as Germain Toyota accepted a credit card down payment of $,from me on January 23, I was given acceptance of that deposit acceptance by Citicard I later spoke with an assistant of MrT***, named Asher, who did recall writing up the sale on January 23, and following up my phone transaction by telephoning my Mom, asking for her social security number during the same afternoon We live in StLouis,Mo, so any paperwork must have to be made available through Germain Toyota.I can supply the Revdex.com this accepted credit card payment if desired D'Lacey S*** is the so-called manager who negated my purchase,who had no right to intervene in the consummated deal You state that you need a written document showing my purchase price but my negotiation was thwarted by MrS*** hours after I was told by MrT*** that the overnight purchase agreement was being mailed to me, on January 23, It seems this matter comes down to a "he said,she said"endind unfortunately, with absolutely no acceptable outcome from my standpoint, and whereby Germain Toyota retains an "A plus" rating from the Revdex.com I am most willing to supply you with any other information should there be a need on your part, but understand as well that the Revdex.com is only able to enforce itself on written documentation as proof I mean no discredit to the Revdex.com as I can understand that written documents are the only means of requiring a person or business to perform honest and ethical conduct However, due to this humiliating experience in which I excercised total honesty and truthfulness, am left with a strong feeling not to place a great deal of weight on a superior rating given to a business by the Revdex.com in the future, as I know that Germain Toyota is most definitely undeserving of such

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meI agree to pay half only if they accept payment the payday after they install it and (my payday falls on Wednesday)The 2nd
payment I will pay the week after on paydayI think that is fair considering I was told it would be fixedI like the car and trusted her on her word but am willing to pay half if I can make those payments.

Ms***'s repair started out as a relatively minor repair, until it was disassembledAdditional damage was discovered and that was reported to *** Insurance, then we had to wait for *** to approve the additional repairsOnce that was approved, we ordered the necessary parts for the
additional damage and sent the vehicle to the Service Department for the suspension portion of the repairsWe are covering the remainder of her rental after *** stopped paying, so she will not owe anything out of pocket for the rentalIt will be done today 3/7/18, and whatever we need to do to accommodate her, we willIf she needs us to deliver her vehicle to her and return her rental, we can do it

10-20-17. was able to speak with the customer ([redacted]) today, October 20,2017. It was agreed that we would work together to resolve the complaint to the customer's satisfaction and re-connect on Monday 23, 2017. Mr. [redacted] agreed with this.[redacted], Fixed Operations Dir., Mancari...

Our team is reaching out to [redacted] regarding the cancellation of the extended warranty and the gap insurance. The usual time for processing the cancellation is 4 – 6 weeks however we are trying to expedite this cancellation.

Revdex.com:

 I have set up a time to return to the business and meet with him to work out a resolution.  I will be happy to close this complaint once a satisfactory resolution is made.  At this time, we have not reached that resolution.

the company never offered me a warranty. From what I was told the finance company denied to pay for a warranty  and I was not eligible.

On 7/6/16, after contacting Revdex.com, I found out I missed two emails from Revdex.com, the last one being on 6/29/16.  They were resent to me and I read them. On the same day, I called Germain and asked for the person, Rich N[redacted], listed on their response saying...

they would provide a trunk liner to me. I told him, in a voicemail,of my returned calls (2) to Delacy S[redacted] on 6/18/16 leaving 2 voicemails. In the voicemail, also told him I called again on 6/22/16 after I never heard back from Mr.S[redacted]. I never back from them then or on 7/6/16. I wanted to follow up with you so you could follow up with them or let me know what I should do. Thank You,

We subletted this vehicle to a Mazda dealership to be repaired.  The vehicle has been repaired by the Mazda dealership thru a Mazda technician.  The issue has been fixed.

Mr. [redacted] and an associate of his called the dealership numerous times.  They spoke with multiple agents of the dealership before speaking with Buddy T[redacted].  We record all of our inbound phone calls.  During their conversation with Buddy T[redacted], they stated that a manger had approved...

for them to purchase the vehicle for $7,000.00.  Buddy stated back, "if that is the price a manager gave you, I am sure we will honor it."  At this point there was no contact for a couple of weeks until Mr. [redacted] called back in to give a deposit on the vehicle.  Buddy took the deal to the pre0owned managers and not one of them had authorized this sale price.  At this stage, D'Lacy S[redacted] reached out to the customer, relaying this information and offered a price of $8,850.00.  Mr. [redacted] refused this deal and we could not agree to terms.  The Price Mr. [redacted] is offering was never authorized nor accepted by a sales manager.We will still honor the $8,850.00 + title and documentation fees with taxes to be paid by Mr. [redacted] in his titling state.

We reached out to [redacted] and she will be bringing her car in to have our service department check her vehicle on Wednesday 4/11/18. We sincerely apologize for this issue and any lack of follow up by our dealership.
