G & K Services Reviews (59)

I have engaged our Service Manager to provide due diligence to see if the affected part is covered under the service contract.

If for any reason the financial institution does not include the warranty in the approved amount for the loan the customer is offered to pay for the warranty separate from the loan amount. The previously attached signed form is her denial of warranty coverage either through financing or paying out of pocket for this coverage.

We want to apologize to Ms. [redacted] regarding her concern about the “customer pay shop materials for repair order’. As it seems there may be some oversight or confusion regarding these charges. Our dealership has signage throughout our service drive in regard to these charges to meet with all...

Federal, State and Local laws. Our dealership truly values Ms. [redacted]s business and we have reviewed her previous repair orders and noticed that she has previously been billed and paid these charges. We invite Ms. [redacted] to speak with our Service Manager Billy B[redacted] to discuss this matter in person for a more in-depth explanation of these charges.

2-18-2017.Contacted customer to resolve customer issues. Customer came into dealership 2-28-2018. Customer explained issues and the shop is correcting all. Customer was placed in a courtesy rental while repairs are being completed. Vehicle should be completed by 2-28 or 3-1-18.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We removed the customer from our mailing list on 6.16.15.

We understand Mr. [redacted]’s concerns unfortunately it was explained to Mr. [redacted] during his visit in the financial office that the $1000 credit card was for the down payment on the car loan which was required by the financial institution for the loan. This amount must be repaid to the lender. Mr....

[redacted] agreed to this as part of his financial obligation at the time of the purchase, it was reiterated to him several times during the signing of the paperwork for the deal. Mr. [redacted] was fully aware of what he was agreeing to at the time of his purchase. When Mr. [redacted] came back into the dealership questioning this it was discussed with him at that time as well by one of our Sales Managers. Our Business Manager just spoke to Mr. [redacted] on 11/20 and again covered this matter with him.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. I am very satisfied with the out come.

6-201-7. Have contacted and spoke with Mr. [redacted] today, June 20, 2017. We have agreed for him to bring his vehicle to us for inspection. Mr. [redacted] will be getting back to our Service Director, Gary Fast when he can schedule to come in. Once Mr. [redacted] comes in, we can update this complaint. Tell us why here...

We apologize if Ms. [redacted] felt that any member of our team was rude in any fashion as it is never our intent to be disrespectful to our guests. Ms. [redacted] was offered an extended warranty as you can see by the attached document which see signed where she declined purchasing the warranty to protect...

her vehicle. Without this warranty the vehicle was sold "As Is".

We have reached out to Miss [redacted] and handled her concerns

We are sorry that Ms. [redacted] is not satisfied with our offer but we stand behind the integrity of our staff and our offer. We will still honor the $200.00 reimbursement for he deductible that we made and apologize that it took so long for the repairs as we were waiting for approval from the warranty company.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I’ll just take to $200.00 and get my car repaired correctly by a more reputable business.

We apologize for the delay.  We are  making every effort to get the vehicle fixed to factory recommended standards.  We are willing to provide a truck from our rental fleet to be used in the interim

I will research and expedite the refund.

I do not even have a copy of that in my folder with the rest of the stuff I signed. They had my car over the weekend and all hey did was give me a new battery I’m sure they knew my radiator and thermostat were clogged along with a seeping water pump. Even if they don’t help me they don’t need to sale anymore used vehicles bc they don’t fully inspect them.

see above attachments. They apologized and refunded on behalf of the warranty company when it’s in regards to the fact that their work was not done correctly and my tire is still losing air.

We reject this offer.  Any work we are doing is out of the 60 day warranty and completely goodwill.  We have sent the vehicle to a mazda delaer and performed reparis not covered by the 60 day warranty.

This business is guilty of deception, fraud, contract violation, conspiracy between sales dept and service dept to not honor written agreements. I purchased a C450AMG specifying online that I needed all season tires for Reno winters. At the car lot the window sticker indicated 18in all season tires but as I reviewed the final paperwork in the office a list of the car features showed all season tires but notes at the end stated high performance 19 in summer tires which is what they actually did have. This would not have been pointed out to me if I had not carefully looked. About to decline the car (since they stated they could not switch back to the original all season tires) the salesman stated they would sell me winter tires at cost and my summer tires could be stored at the dealer if there is room; I got this in writing and a few days later the salesman stated the service dept did have room to store my summmer tires when it was time to get the winter tires. A month later as temps started falling I called the salesman, he recalled the deal and told me to come to service to order the tires. I met him at the service dept and the service agent stated he would place a tire order. Later that week I called to check the order status and was informed the tires had arrived. That weekend I took my car there but a different service agent stated they had no winter tires that fit my car. The salesman who sold me the car appeared and with the service agent we placed another order for tires which were to arrive 1-2 days later. After four days I knew they were lying and went to Discount Tire Co. Very few companies make winter tires to fit my car but they found [redacted] tires in California and had them shipped there the same day. So the deception of claiming the car had equipment which it did not, the collusion between sales and two different service agents to pretend to order equipment that was agreed on in writing, all indicates a dangerous dealership. If I had taken their word initially that the car had all season tires and had an accident on snow covered roads, by Nevada law I would be fined and would be held liable in any accident. Weeks have passed and I never did get that call stating the winter tires have arrived

Review: I've been using this uniform service for a while. I've had past problems with the company regarding the way they clean our uniforms. It seems like they put our jackets in a dryer on high and it ruins the jacket entirely. the jackets shrink in an unusual way where my employees can't work with them comfortably. This is not the first time that I'm disappointing with the service that is provided to me.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to replace the uniform that they have damaged.

Business

Response:

The customer called to complain about a damaged jacket that was delivered to their location. The manufacturer that makes the jacket changed the inside lining without making us aware. The jacket was laundered as usual, however, the lining was damaged when the jacket was dried. We have since replaced the jacket free of charge to the customer. The route sales representative spoke with the owner, the owner was satisfied with the response. We now consider the matter to be resolved.
