Every car we looked at used was filthy inside and out You will never see me in a Hollywood Kia Let alone their annoying commercials

I can never get anyone on the phone nor a return phone call to cancel my extended warranty. It has been almost 2 months trying to get this accomplish I purchased the vehicle in 5/2015. It was nothing but issues from the start. I was 8 mos pregnant and had to go back and forth 30 minutes away on 6 different occasions because of the run around with dealer. That story I would need a book to tell. However, now the issue is that I find out I was sold and signed up for the incorrect extended warranty package. I paid $2k for it and I have been trying to cancel it for almost 2 months now. I can never get anyone on the phone and leave voicemails for the title dept, post purchase dept and finance dept. No one ever calls back. Par for the course with them. I have tried to cancel directly with warranty company but they wont let me. I want my money back for what I paid for it. I should also be compensated for all of my problems with not only my 6 trips at an hour a piece, my gas, my time a

I traded in my vehicle for a new one, they ask for a payoff (for that day) but haven't paid in over days Interest keep accumulating On November 21, I purchased a Kia Sorrento from Hollywood Kia During our initial paperwork a payoff was requested (for the amount that day) and we carried over the deficit to the new loan like usual -I wrote an Email on December to the Sales person associate, online sales person, and the finance person, and up until this day (dec 12) no replies -I inquiry about the pay of status on December 4, in which I was told that it would be sent either that same day or the following day -On December I follow up on the email sent on the 4th, still no reply to this date - On December 7,I follow up in the prior statement as I had not seen any reflection of such payments I was then told that they were doing the best they can; but, in average it takes days to complete - On December 12, I reach our again as it

Sold me a car with a lien still on the car 2 1/2 months later I do not have the Title to my car. This is Fraud. On May 17th 2016 I paid cash for a 2010 hyundai elantra from this dealer. It was my first time purchasing from a dealer so I was very careful to ask clear questions about the car. During the test drive, I noticed a strange feeling with the wheel and when I asked he said "don't worry about that we'll take care of it", I asked what does that mean? He said "we'll have the service team look at it and have it taken care of no problem". I paid 5663.24 cash for the car incl. the registration fee and they gave me a temp plate for 1 month and a we owe form for the wheel. I immediately took it to service and they said they knew what the problem was (not disclosed to me) and they would not cover it. Ended up costing me over 400 dollars to repair at the hyundai dealer. 1 month later I called to inquire on the status of my title. After being hung up on and re-routed a few times I spoke w

Disclosure of selling/purchasing a leased vehicle
I wanted to purchase the vehicle that was leased under my mother's name for me I was given a buy out price and a deal was made I specifically asked the salesperson what happens to the lease under my mother's name and he side stepped the question We were contacted by phone by Kia Leasing they informed us that the lease was not bought and they needed the buyers contract that I signed when I purchased the car We never heard back from Kia Financing until my mother received a collection letter from an agency that was given the lease to The original email and follow up email were never answered from Kia Leasing And the ironic thing about being turned over to the collection agency is we were paying ahead on the lease!

My experience with Kia of Hollywood was a month long headache that left me feeling as though I was ripped offMy only advice to whoever is reading this review and chooses to do business with them ensures they do an extensive amount of research and due diligence prior to purchasing a used car from themGranted, the vehicle I purchased was not overly expensive, they still elected to sell it to me under the pretenses that the vehicle was never in an accidentNot only will they lie to you and not think twice about it, they will encourage you to lie and make claims to your insurance company if it benefits themRegarding my experience with this dealership it is amazing to me these people are still in business
My ill-fated experience started when I purchased a chevy traverse the last week of December They were kind enough to deliver the vehicle and the paper to my home where the deal was finalizedWith children in the house and signing of paperwork, we did not have the time to go over the car with a fine tooth combA few hours later, my wife sits in the driver's seat to drive the car for the first timeShe looks up and points out a crack in the wind shieldMind you, the salesman drove this vechile to my home which is about minutes from the dealership and did not notice the crack (In all fairness, the crack was only about an inch long)I took pictures and forwarded them to salesmanThe salesman *** immediately referred me to the Sales Manager, *** who I had my first conversation about this matter with on Monday January 2nd*** requested that I place a claim with my insurance because I would not be charged and apparently the first time you do this with an insurance company in Florida it does not adversely affect your standing with the insurance companyWhen I informed him that from a moral standpoint, that was something I would not do, he told me that he would get with the General Manager *** and would call me back the following dayAfter calling every day to discuss with *** if the dealership was going to cover the wind shield and not getting a call back I took it upon myself to go into the dealership to get some answersOn Friday January 6th of that week I had gone in the dealership to discuss in detail with *** as to the standing of my broken windshieldThis seemed as though the only course of action due to the fact that *** stated he would call me on Tuesday and never reached out on the day he assured he wouldHe also never returned my follcalls I made from Tuesday through FridayThis would be the second circumstance that this person has lied to meWhen I arrived to the dealership on Friday evening, I was informed that *** left for the day and he was the only person that was able to speak to me with regards to this matterOn my way out I was notified that the GM named *** was actually on premise and I made it a priority to speak to him regarding this matterUpon my introduction and a brief background on my situation he recalled prior conversations that he had with *** regarding the vehicleAt this point he acted as though he had set it up where my windshield was going to be covered by the dealership only to inform me that he was urging me to make a claim to my insurance company to get the windshield replacedAfter going back and forth with *** for about an hour and a half I conceded and agreed to take his offer to pay for half of the windows replacementNeedless to say my interaction with the GM and their sales manager manager did not give me a warm fuzzy feeling at all!
Despite that I had a Carfax vehicle background on the car that I had stated the vehicle was not in an accident, I did not feel as though I was being told the truth by this dealershipDuring negotiations of the price of the vehicle *** had adamantly stated that the vehicle was never in an accident and the reason there was not a balance of the manufacturer's warranty was because the vehicle was "purchased at auction" despite the vehicle only having 30,miles on itNeedless to say, I purchased a vehicle check from AutoCheck.com and was informed that the vehicle was involved in a hit and runWith my blood boiling I contacted the GM and I informed him of my circumstance and gave him the opportunity to make the situation rightI told him that I would even pay a 2% restocking fee for them to take the vehicle back*** requested to speak to the sales manager *** and we would discuss the situation the following day
The next day during the phone conversation, *** very unintelligently incriminated himself by stating that he has "never lied in his life"This despite he told me the vehicle was never in an accident and he would call me backBoth statements proved to be falseUpon discussing the situation while on speaker phone with *** and *** I realized this was an exercise in futility*** had no interest in making the situation right despite *** ***

I purchased a used Mustang GT (9k miles) on April from Kia Hollywood The purchase price was $33, I inspected the vehicle and didn't see any problems A week after purchase, my wife drove to Arkansas and was stranded due to unsafe back tires (flat) I must have over looked the cracks and incorrect tire size My wife was able to drive it to Ford dealer The Ford dealer discovered the back tire problems and also was suspicious about missing door mfc tire specifications decal I called Kia (***) and he said that he would talk with manager regarding repair/compensation He never called back after several days I called him back He told me they would do nothing to fix the unsafe back tires It cost me $to replace back tires
