I can never get anyone on the phone nor a return phone call to cancel my extended warranty It has been almost months trying to get this accomplish
I purchased the vehicle in 5/ It was nothing but issues from the start I was mos pregnant and had to go back and forth minutes away on different occasions because of the run around with dealerThat story I would need a book to tell However, now the issue is that I find out I was sold and signed up for the incorrect extended warranty package I paid $2k for it and I have been trying to cancel it for almost months nowI can never get anyone on the phone and leave voicemails for the title dept, post purchase dept and finance dept No one ever calls backPar for the course with themI have tried to cancel directly with warranty company but they wont let me I want my money back for what I paid for it I should also be compensated for all of my problems with not only my trips at an hour a piece, my gas, my time a

on 12/27/my daughter and I went to Hollywood Kia with my wife and her boyfriend to look at a black Mazda 3, Sean helped us showed her the Black Mazda she test drove it Sean then claimed he tried to get the loan for the black one, after a few minutes he returned and said they would not give her a loan on the black on but that he had a white one same make and modle in fact it was identical and he was sure he could get that one for her It took a good hours but it went through He never mentioned the car was in a accident in July with structural damage we were never offered a Car Fax either My daughter moved to Wisconsin months ago and the Mazda does not handle well in the snow , she wanted to trade them in for a better suited vehicle for the weather thereOn May 4th the dealer told her she had a branded title and could not sel

AND IF I DO A VOLUNTARY REPO MY CREDIT WILL GO DOWN THE DRAINWHEN I TRIED TO BRING MY CAR IN YESTERDAY THE SALES MANAGER SAYS HE WILL NOT GET A TOW TRUCK TO GET MY CAR...I ADVISED THAT I JUST PURCHASED THE CAR WEEKS AGO AND I FEEL LIKE I SHOULDN'T PAY THE EXPENSE..HIS RESPONSE?? I paid for this vehicle it is a Nissan Altima and I paid cash , I felt very used and ripped off I wanted to have a great relationship with your company I was willing to buy all of my vehicles over there , I also told friends and family's about ur dealer and how good of a company you guys are but you guys blew it It's not fair how you guys took advantage of me I feel very betrayed and violated I took u guys as a family u treat me good and I'll treat you better and by not telling me all of this cars issues is not right pls respond back to me I just need piece of mind and to know my next step thank you

My son paid for and picked up a used car on 6/He noticed dealer had hood opened and was charging battery when he arrived but the dealer assured him battery was fineThe battery was not fine Dealer admitted to the lie and agreed to pay for a new one Receipt for the new battery was sent to dealer and dealer keeps promising payment but has not paid
