This business claims to help people get into a house and own it what they do not tell you is that they do a home inspection of where you are currently living when they see that something is not up to their par they pull the agreement out from under your feet. Everyone needs to stay away from these people they say one thing then do another!

Review: I purchased a laptop battery for $25.99 from this company (operating as "screenaid") via [redacted] on January 5, 2013. It carried a three year warranty but the battery failed after one year. The company will not honor the warranty, asking me to return the battery along with $20 for repair. I have exchanged several emails with these people and also reported them to [redacted].Desired Settlement: I have asked them to either send me a new battery or refund $17.33, which is two-thirds of the purchase price since the battery only lasted one of the three years promised.

Review: I placed an order with tmart.com on June **, 2014, as of today July *, 2014, I still have not received my order nor have of receive any type of receipt or update from this company. After 2 weeks of trying to find a phone number for them, when I call the number an answering machine came on and said "you have reached sorry this mailbox is full....etc...). Even the answering machine doesn't state the company's name. So I tried to reach them by live chat, but in order to live chat you need to be able to put in your order number, which the site does not let you do. So I tried to find an e-mail address with no luck. So far it looks like all of tmart's comtact information is a JOKE. They do not want people to contact them, because they are a FRAUD. Review: I ordered 4 tablets from this site. 1 of which did not work. I was email a return label to send back. Which I did. However I was sent a email say all they got was a box of food?? I mailed the tablet and they cant tell me how to fix this. I asked for a supervisor and even a picture of the package they have and I can't get neither. Review: I asked for a product to be shipped overseas and it never reached. I contacted them and we agreed to have the item shipped to me in the states instead. The shipper sent it back to the overseas address and did not donas we agreed. The item never arrived and they kept trying to give me $8 back on a product over $60. The shipping information was of no use and it went on since late October and I still never received my item which was suppose to be a gift. I'm not sure of the company's address because the information was very vauge.Desired Settlement: I begged for the product because it was a gift sent for school. I felt the product was more beneficial then the refund but at this point I would like my money.

Review: few months ago I bought a laptop battery from laptopz-outlet on ebay. the seller describe his item as new and sale that with 3 years warranty, after few months that battery doesn't working any more and when I contact with him, he offer me to pay again or he will repair battery for me but it will take 15 business day to repair that.

Review: I purchased an allegedly 'new' xbox 360 controller. It comes in a generic box with bubble wrap. Not in box, no indication whatsoever that this device is actually 'new'. The headphone mic port must have a short in it because I get loud static with my headset plugged into it. the static comes also when I move either of the sticks left or right. There is a short in the internal mechanism. I wanted a simple return and an explanation as to how this could possibly be a 'new' device. There are some noticeable scratches on the shiny middle button that DOESN'T SHOW UP IN PHOTOS. My issue is with the defective headphone port. I can NOT take a picture of this defect as this is an INTERNAL defect. All I wanted was a return and refund and I'm getting a run around from this company.

My headphones do not have this problem with other controllers I own. This is specifically a problem with the purchased controller. Instead of giving a simple return and refund and being told to send photos which is nothing but a delay tactic and a nuissance when I all want is a return. I work 80 hr weeks. I only buy online because I don't have time to travel 1.5 hours round trip to the nearest best buy or game stop.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund. That is all I want. This company is not standing by their product. Worse yet, they are using ebay's long resolution process to create an unnecessary burden on the consumer for such a straight-forward, basic request.

Review: I purchased this battery from an eBay seller that claims on the product sale page that the item is sold by a "US Seller" with "Best Performance! 3 Year Warranty!" in the title of the item. The product failed in less than 6 months. When a claim on the warranty was initiated, the seller only responded at night (suggesting non-US based) with each communication requesting additional information to verify purchase. After the fourth such communication, I insisted a replacement or refund be issued, they indicated I was responsible for return shipping and that a refurbished one would be sent based upon manufacturer (China-based) inspection. I would have wait 6-8 weeks. They said it was cheaper for me to buy a new battery from them. These terms are clearly an unreasonable exercise of a 3-year warranty. The very next email was a reply saying their system was down and they could not reply at this time.

They have falsely advertised and intentionally misrepresented themselves. Their product was neither had best performance nor did they honor their "3 Year Warranty!" This corporation has misrepresented themselves and failed to honor the warranty advertised. They have claimed a product is high performing for three years and it failed in less than 6 months.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my purchase.
