Review: I purchased an item from said business on [redacted] on 12/**/14. There was a glitch in my computer which the item was to be shipped to a wrong address. I immediately messaged the company through [redacted], I emailed them directly, and also looked up their phone number and tried calling them (which they didn't answer). My direct e-mail wasn't responded to at all. I received a response via [redacted] message stating, "We regret to inform you that we failed to change your address. Our shipping dept. need to process about thousands of packages a day so that we are failed to find your package. And we also contact with our post office but are told that your package had been sent to you Your understanding would be highly appreciated." So then I tried contacting them and asking for the shipping information to which they didn't respond to until I sent another message the following day demanding the information. To which they replied, "We are sorry that we don't have the tracking number. Would you mind wait two days again?" I then send another message, "Wait for two more days for what? I need the shipping information in order to change the address. If you havent sent the items, let me know. If you have, let me know through what company. If I am being screwed around with, I will contact Revdex.com and file a complaint with them and [redacted]." In a matter of minutes after sending that message, I receive a message from [redacted] stating my order has begun the shipping process. I checked the shipping number with [redacted] and it said the tracking number isn't available at the moment because the information was just received from the shipper. This was a Christmas gift, and now I wont get the gift to give it to the person it was intended for.

They straight up lied to me. If a company does this to their customers, what kind of company is that?Desired Settlement: I'd like a written apology for lying to me. Also, I'd like a refund of my money as the package got sent to the wrong address while there was ample time to change the shipping address before it was shipped.

Review: I Purchased 15 led bulbs that were rated 1200lm and use of 30000 hrs .. the bulbs did not even last 2 weeks so I returned them and got a second set .. those did not even last a month so I retuenrd those and got a third set .. lose lasted 2 months and so I retuened them ... now they are telling me they dont have them in their warehouse

Review: Purchased a NEW Quadcopter Drone from this business. Rechargeable battery was not operational thus deeming the drone useless. When I contacted the business to resolve the problem, they told me to buy a new battery at my expense or to purchase a battery tester from their business, again at my expense. What kind of business tells you to purchase more products from them on a new item that was defective and offers no replacement or refund. I contacted them again to inform them that this was unacceptable and to date 48 hours later, I still have no response from them. They have over 100 negative reviews on eBay in the last 30 days, over 800 negative reviews in the last 60 days and over 1500 negative reviews in the last 12 months. The complaints are mostly the same issues that I am having from dead batteries, defective items and like mine, no response or resolution. I have filed a complaint with eBay also but feel that the Revdex.com needs to document and investigate this business.Desired Settlement: I want a FULL refund of $105.90 to my account I used to purchase this defective item and a postage paid return label to return this defective product to them.
