I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a company in my life! I was driving my week old new car to work when a guy in a company vehicle rear ended me.
Called the number on his insurance card and I’m told a claim is filed, I then get given a wrong number for me to call to follow up, I’ll be reached by an adjuster within 48 hours.
Fast forward 4 days later I’ve heard nothing, so I proceed to spend 2 hours on the phone, cycling through person after person, to be told my claim was assigned to Becky ***, who had yet to contact me.
THIS is where it gets fun. This frigid and rude lady with a heinous attitude informs me it’s MY job to take more time off work to get an estimate for the damages. I do as commanded then I’m informed I now have to print out some agreement, find a notary and get it back to her before I get my car fixed. REALLY?! The victim has to do all the work?!?! Brilliant.
I wish I could say it was resolved after all that. After I did all the work, spent the money on a notary, lost hours at work, and all the gas I spent because THEIR insured hit me!
Unfortunately it’s not even over yet. My car is done, and being held hostage by the body shop because Becky *** has yet to authorize the final charges. I’ve left her a voicemail, never got a response. Called her and was informed she would get on it as soon as she got back in the office, never heard back and the body shop is still holding my (now month old) car.
This is the WORST type of company to deal with. Make you jump through hoops, make you do their job, screw over people, and employ people who make it clear they’d rather spit on a victim than to treat them kindly. I’d rather deal with 10 phone scammers than to have to speak to this woman again.
It appears I’ll have to hire an attorney to get my car back, and if I do I’ll be sure to add all my extra expenses too. Could have just been decent human beings and treated me with a modicum of respect.

It's been two weeks since I heard from them that they cut a check and it should be here in a day or two. Still nothing from them. This is after being drug through the ringer for 2 months before I had surgery on my knee. I've gotten nothing but delays and excuses from this outfit. If you have any dealings with them whatsoever hire a lawyer immediately.

A review of your file shows that a check for your benefits was issued on 11/14/2019, but returned to our office as undeliverable on 11/26/2019. We have an expedited replacement check that has been mailed today, and sent via UPS.

I have contact gallagher basset claims representative Devin *** on numerous occasions. She will not return phone calls or emails. The one time she did call back I returned her call right after followed up everyday after to no avail. I need my fleet vehicle repaired yet she refuses to provide any information to my claim. I am the business owner. claim

Gallagher Bassett received Mr. loss on 11/06/2019. Since the filing of this complaint, there has been additional communication on this file. Ms. called Mr. on 11/18/2019. An additional call was made on 11/22/2019, and an e-mail was sent at that time as well offering to arrange a time to discuss the claim further. Purchased a dishwasher from *** on March 23, 2019 store #*** located in Quakertown, which they delivered and installed. The store is now closed. About a week and a few days later my son noticed water leaking in my basement wall, ceiling and on our hockey floor game. The dishwasher is in my kitchen right above the basement were the water is leaking. Contact *** and came to pick it up and remove the damaged dishwasher. Replaced it with a new one and informed me the damaged one was a default. I informed them about the damages and they requested quotes to fix the damages and quote for the hokey game which I provided to Petra ***. She left the company and I was assigned to another person Richard *** and again provided all the documents. He either left or was assigned to another client. I was assigned to a third person Diane Ledger and now reassigned to April ***. It was extremely frustrated and asked to speak to the Supervisor Anthony *** and I was informed April will ensure this will be resolved. Now it is November seven months later and April hasn't contact me since the beginning of November. The last comment she made to me is they are trying to locate the dishwasher they had taken away. I don't understand why this would hold up the process when it was them who had taken it away. I want is to get me basement wall, ceiling and replace my children hockey game.

Maryellen from their company is extremely rude and is refusing to assist me and my family and having a rental car after her insured was found at fault for maliciously hitting me and my family messing up our car and leaving with us without transportation for almost 30 days now her company assured me I'd be taken care of within 7 days it's been a month no rental car and Mary according to her is still doing her investigation even though the police report says clearly her insured is at fault 100%

Gallagher Bassett received Ms. auto claim on 09/27/2019, at which time, Maryellen contacted Ms.. At that time, Ms. was advised that her car needed to be made available for inspection. Attempts by the appraising company to meet with Ms. have been unsuccessful.

Gallagher Bassett has had conversations with Ms. via telephone on 09/27/2019 , 09/30/2019, 10/02/2019. On 10/02/2019, Ms. indicated that she had estimates that she had received and would e-mail to Gallagher Bassett. As of 10/11/2019, when the estimates and the inspection had still not been completed, a message was left for Ms. requesting a call back and providing Ms. with Maryellen's e-mail, phone number and fax number to submit the estimates. Ms. has been contacting the insured directly, and has been advised that she needs to work directly with Gallagher Bassett on this matter. When the estimates were not received by 10/14/2019, Gallagher Basset again called Ms. to request that she send the estimates. On 10/21/2019, another call was placed to Ms. requesting she send copies of her estimates to Maryellen for review.

At this time, the estimates in question need to be sent to ***@gbtpa.com, or Faxed to # to Ms. attention before the next steps in the investigation can occur.

On 8-27-2019, we discovered that the trash truck had damaged our parking lot. We have a deep hole and tire marks on our church parking lot. I contacted Mike our agent. He came out and looked at damage and accepted responsibility for the damage.
He stated that it was *** fault. His exact words. He then contacted Jennifer at Gallagher Bassett. She contacted me and stated that she would have to speak to the driver and obtain pictures of the damages. I informed Jennifer that Mike, had informed me, that he had sent her pictures and a statement stating that it was ***t. fault. She said , Oh he did. After waiting almost 2 weeks , I called Mike back. He them called Jennifer back. She called and stated the claim was denied. I ask why? She stated because the parking lot had to be able to handle the dump truck weight. I stated the dump truck has been picking up trash for over 20 years at our church. Therefore the lot had been able to hold the weight of the dumpster. I then ask for a letter stating her results, asap. That was 9-12-2019. No letter yet. My claim # is ***. Jennifer # is . We have been a customer of *** for over 20 years. Never have we had any problem except day changes, nor have we had any damages to our property. Now after 20 to 30 years of service we are being denied a legitimate claim that the dump truck has done and the agent has gone out to see and stated that the dumpster has caused the damaged. The tracks are there to see. The grooves from the truck are there for anyone to see. There is a deep hole and very deep tire tracks from the dumpster. Anyone can see the damage. Gallagher Bassett is being unfair with this decision. If the agent said it was their fault. Who is Jennifer to deny something she has not seen?.

Gallagher Bassett received a claim for *** Baptist Church , and it was assigned to our Resolution Associate Jennifer *** on August 28, 2019. Mrs. reached out to *** immediately, to confirm the facts of loss, and to secure their supports. Mrs. then called Mrs. Lillie *** , to proceed forward with the interview process and to obtain her evidence. Mrs. then explained our investigation process and requested some time to evaluate the claim.

On August 30, 2019. Mrs. obtained ***’s , written report and photographic evidence to defend this claim. In the documentation provided by Michael Gardner with ***, it was not advised at any time for GB to accept this claim. Michael also did not admit to any responsibility for Mrs.’s property damage.

On September 11, 2019, Mrs. concluded her evaluation of this claim and determined a denial was warranted. During the course of Mrs. investigation , she confirmed the damage mentioned by Ms., however she determined the impact was made during the course of routine service. The driver was not found to be careless in his actions of service. In addition, with this type of service, the customer property must be able to bear the weight of our truck to service. Our client cannot be held responsible for this. Mrs. called to explain this to Ms., however was unable to reach her.

On September 13, 2019, Mrs. spoke with Ms., and explained the reason for a denial of this claim. Mrs. processed the denial letter this day as well.

Throughout the *** of this claim, Mrs. remained processional and provided a timely response along with a detailed explanation of the denial decision reached.

Was turned over to gallahger basset back in march, was able to get ahold of adjust 2 times. I was diagnosed to have surgery call let him know and he said he would send me a email and hung up. Since then I have called weekly to try to get ahold of my adjust to no avail. I have contacted his back up 8 or 9 times. And I have also contacted his supervisor 4 or 5 times.

Gallagher Bassett has reviewed Mr. file and reviewed the request for additional treatment. After a review of the file, the claims handler, Daniel Haywood, reached out to Mr. on 08/27/2019 to discuss his file and to provide authorization for him to be evaluated again for his accepted back injury. The request to seek care for additional body parts are not approved. Mr. has been advised by Mr. Haywood that if he does not agree with our decision, he can contact the Georgia Workers Compensation board to appeal.

I fell over the wheel stops at *** in Lacey on June 30, 2019. I filled out an accident report at ***. They forwarded it to Gallagher Bassett, their insurance carrier. I received a phone call from a Ms Yolanda *** at 6:55am one morning, I believe it was July 8th. I was asleep and told her that, she said she'd call me back later that afternoon. I didn't hear from her and called her about 6 - 7 times, leaving a message! She phoned me finally around the end of July, at the time my daughter in law had pulled up dropping off grandkids as she had a family emergency. I explained I could not talk then. She was very rude on the phone, I kept asking her why she had to be so rude to me? I asked that she please phone back next morning. I've never heard from her since, I have left a few more messages! It is very frustrating as my personal insurance doesn't want to pay as it happened at *** so I'm stuck trying to figure everything out! I have emailed ms *** and sent pics of the wheel stop and of my right hand, which was swollen and bruised. I would like to get this resolved as I feel it's is 100% ***'s fault! This wheel stop should be further out from the curb and painted a different color so it is noticeable!

Gallagher Bassett has reviewed Ms. history and claim. As she notes, an initial call was made to her at 6:55 am as the individual handling the claim did not take into account the time zone difference. Contact has been made with *** by the supervisor of the account to apologize for that occurrence, and to address the other concerns raised in her complaint. As of August 16, 2019, both the supervisor of the file as well as the file handler have been in contact with Ms., and further discussion on what is needed and next steps of the claims handling process have been discussed. It appears at this time, that Ms. customer service concerns have been addressed, and there are established lines of communication for going forward.

Gallagher & Bassett resolution manager Mr.J *** refused to honor his words in a letter I received on march 1st 2019 in regards to my bi-weekly indemnity payments of my TTD benefits for 6 major permanent injuries that I sustained on the job 14 plus months ago and I am sick and tire of dealing with these unethical,unprofessional sabotaging practices of GB.Since I was injured on the job 14 plus month ago, GB has ended and resumed my TTD bi-weekly indemnity payments that has cost my family and I 2 vehicle and we ended up homeless, all because of false accusations told against me that on July 26th 2018.when my modified duty assignment ended because the hospice patient health declined on July 26th 2018 and he was omitted back into the VA hospital.Now can I be terminated from an assignment when the client was back in the VA hospital. There puppet truly messed up,because we didn't recall all the text massages communications we ha with one another that states otherwise than her final email I received from her stating that she couldn't use my help any longer as an volunteer in the office or as a respite. GB has costed me and my family over $18,927.22 in 2018 and currently $4,367.82 in non-payment of my rightful bi-weeklyTTD indemnity workers compensation indemnity payments.

A review of Mr. file, which is claim number ***-WC-01, and it shows that both Mr. and Gallagher Bassett are both represented by counsel for this worker's compensation injury. The claim is filed in front of the State of California with case number ***, and therefore, they would have oversight and decision making abilities in regards to this claim. Due to the fact that this matter is being addressed through a filed claim with the State of California, we would need to follow their findings and recommendations.

I RECEIVED A LETTER DATED MARCH 1ST 2019 THAT STATED THAT I WOULD RECEIVE MY MUCH NEEDED TTD BIWEEKLY INDEMNITY PAYMENTS BUT AFTER ONLY 4 MONTHS OF RECEIVING MY MUCH NEEDED TTD INDEMNITY PAYMENTS. THE RESOLUTION MANAGER / CLAIM ADJUSTER JUSTIN *** TERMINATED MY TTD ONCE AGAIN AFTER STATING IN HIS MARCH 1ST 2019 LETTER THAT MY WORKERS COMPENSATION INDEMNITY PAYMENT WILL CONTINUE I WOULD UNTIL I AM ABLE TO RETURN TO WORK OR MY MEDICAL CONDITION BECOMES PERMANENT AND STATIONARY.

HE KEEP LYING TO ME AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT AND I AM TIRED OF IT. I HAVE A FAMILY TO SUPPORT AND THIS ON AND OFF WITH MY TTD INDEMNITY PAYMENTS MUST BE RESUMED IMMEDIATELY AND NEVER STOPPED OR TERMINATED AGAIN.

All of these reviews tell it like it is. I was forced to work with a broken back for 4 months and they tried there best to refuse my claim. I had to get a lawyer for 25% of my benefits and they still don't care at all. I have spent hundreds of dollars out of my own pocket to get the care I need even after they accepted the claim. When looking for a new employer make sure they don't have this insurance for their workman's comp. If they do and you get hurt your life will get miserable on top of the injury.

This is the worst service I have had in my life. Hurt at work, lifting, I went to their doctors, they cut off therapy for the back against Doctors wishes. My hernia is small and hurts so bad at times, was recommended by their doctor for surgery on 6-13. They ordered a Nurse Case Worker and told me to wait, She never showed. The adjuster Wendy told me it was a denial before the surgeon looked at it because she knows and has been doing these for a long time? She even mis quoted the type I had.
I have called for weeks, No one returns calls, I am lied to by the Nurse case worker and still no resolution. I went to all of their doctors, none of mine. The problem started when their doctor referred me to a surgeon, Well the surgeon even said it needs to come out. No calls received back after numerous attempts.

Company is supposed to be assisting me with my workmans comp because I was injured on the job. I call atleast once a week sometimes more and never get a call back. I have been off work and unable to go back for about a month and I still have not recieved any pay for workmans comp or any assistance in getting the issues taken care of.

Gallagher Bassett has spoken with Mr. about his worker's compensation claim on 06/04/2019, 06/24/2019, 07/02/2019 and 07/03/2019. During those conversations, Mr. was advised what documentation was needed by Gallagher Bassett in order to address his payment for his time off of work. Mr. doctor had not provided the required state form to certify his disability from work. Once that was received, a payment for benefits could be issued. Mr. was advised during the previously noted communication that this was what was needed to issue benefits. Gallagher Bassett did receive the required form on 07/02/2019. On 07/03/2019, a local check was issue to Mr. for his lost time benefits from 05/25/2019 to 07/07/2019 and was sent overnight to his residence for delivery on 07/05/2019. Mr. is due to see the doctor again on 07/10/2019. If Mr. continues to remain off of work by the doctor, his doctor will need to provide the updated medical records/*** before additional benefits would be able to be sent.

Mr. did work light duty from 11/28/2018-05/24/2019, and the paycheck stubs have been requested from that time period to determine if any temporary partial disability benefits are owed. If they are, they will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the paycheck stubs.

Mr. treatment for PT was authorized on 06/24/2019 and Gallagher Bassett received confirmation on 06/28/2019 that he attended his initial evaluation.

Tractor Supply is insured by Gallagher Bassett. Tractor Supply damaged my vehicle (pickup truck) with their forklift?. Filed a claim, produced photos of the damage, proof of insurance & proof of ownership of my vehicle, gave them everything they ask for and now they will not authorize the repair of my truck, will not call back will not return emails. This company (Gallagher Bassett) needs to be investigated! They are crooks. I'm now going to have to hire an attorney and file a claim direct against Tractor Supply. Whatever you do do not shop at Tractor Supply, if you are injured or your property is damaged at this business you are out of luck, their insurance company (Gallagher Bassett) are crooks.

They are ruthless mean cruel non-caring worst people I’ve ever dealt with in my life they don’t give a crap about anybody’s help and your care about anybody’s life finances anything for your soul they are pieces of crap they had a live the life of the people that they are ensuring one time they sure think differently if there’s a bunch of money They never answer their phone calls their way to whole days to cut you off on your medication all your money they always screw you I love how much they pay you we keep cutting you back more more more more more and more it’s just nonstop non-caring rules this mean backstabbing piece of *** I’ve never been dug this badly in my life even buy my enemies I will never ever ever recommend is companyto anybody ever The people who are you with the work that are the Caseworkers I’ll come out and see the peoples lives you’re screwing up you can’t just cut people’s pain medication off without doctors authorization or money!!! I have been with them for 12 years they still put me on a temporary basis they still always screw up my paychecks always grow in my medications I have constantly get a fight with them on my lawyers your gym to get them to OK my meds my money etc. OK is a good doctor appointments surgeries etc. and so on they fight me tooth and nail then I had to witness is the paperwork and the people to prove it ?!!!!:((

Gallagher Bassett Services has been handling my claim for personal property damage. The claim was given to them over a month ago, and as of yet the only information I'm getting is that they are "waiting on video from the client". I have made several attempts to get them to move things along, I have requested the date that they requested the video with no answers on 3 occasions, I have contacted the adjusters manager with no response. Meanwhile, my husband is still driving a damaged vehicle with no resolution in sight. Trying to get any response from them, much less any progress, is an absolute nightmare.

Tell us why here... This matter involves a loss occurred on 5/5/19. This matter was reported to Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. on May 20, 2019. Prior to this loss being reported to Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc., *** made an offer of $200.00 to resolve this matter directly with the ***’s. This offer represented brand new caps for around the vehicle including areas where there was no damage. Ms. rejected the offer and presented an estimate of $595.27 from ***. The estimate presented from *** has brand new parts being put on the vehicle. The vehicle, which is a 2001 Jeep, does not qualify for brand new parts.

We began our investigation into this matter on May 20, 2019 and discussed the claim with both *** and Jennifer *** on that same day. On that same day, the handling Resolution Manager assigned Property Damage Appraisers (PDA) to inspect the damage done to the *** vehicle, as well as request a copy of the video from ***.

On May 21, 2019, PDA inspected the vehicle, and determined that the *** vehicle was involved in a prior accident, and was not repaired properly after the accident. There was also rust on the *** vehicle.

PDA determined the clmts vehicle only sustained $82.06 in damages, as again they found the vehicle was poorly repaired from a prior incident. PDA documented the following on the appraisal in the remarks section.

On June 18, 2019, the Resolution Manager followed up for the video, and advised Ms. that she was waiting on the video to complete her investigation. The Resolution Manager also explained to her, in writing, on that date, that we have a duty to complete a full investigation prior to making our liability decision. Ms. expressed her dissatisfaction with the process and the time that it was taking to resolve this matter. She continued to demand to know when the requests were made for the video, as well indicate that she was reporting this matter through several Insurance Departments as well as the Revdex.com. She also indicated that she would pursue this matter via Small Claims Court.

The video was received on 6/24/19 and an offer was made to Ms., in the amount of $82.06 based off of the PDA appraisal. This offer was emailed to Ms. along with a release. On 6/24/19, Ms. responded she would only accept $595.27 to resolve her claim.

A response was sent back to the Ms. on 6/24/19, advising the appraiser inspected this vehicle and fully noted this vehicle was in a prior accident and the repair were not done correctly. It was advised that *** would not be responsible for poor prior repairs.
On 6/24/19 Ms. stated she does not see remarks on the appraisal completed by PDA and advised the remarks are false that PDA and *** have stated. At that time, she states she is holding our client responsible for the $595.27 this doesn’t include her time. Ms. then demands that we send her a corrected offer of $595.27 by the end of the day or she will file small claims court. Copies of both estimates are attached to this response.
Our offer for a signed release for $82.06 remains open.

On 07/01/2019, Gallagher Bassett received a copy of a Complaint filed with the Indiana Department of Insurance, which was filed on 06/19/2019 and received by the Department on 06/20/2019. Any further correspondence in this matter will be made through the Indiana Department of Insurance.

I am rejecting this response because:
Firstly, *** provided the *** estimate, I did not. Secondly, I stated that I do see the remarks on the PDA, but that they are incorrect. The remarks indicate that the bumper cap was not secured properly, when in fact it was secured to the point that the car wash broke both the fender panel and the bumper cap where it secures, as previously explained to Gallagher Bassett in email. The remarks also indicate that there is rust in the crack on the fender indicating that it was pre-existing, which I explained via email is incorrect, as my photos from after the incident do not show rust in the crack because it was not pre-existing.

Again, *** provided the estimate for the repairs. If the fender panel can be repaired and the bumper cap replaced for less than the estimate given by ***, I would be happy to accept those repairs, however, the amount offered by Gallagher Bassett is grossly insufficient to repair the damage caused by the car wash.

A copy of this response was shared with the claims handling office. However, due to the fact that there is a complaint filed with Indiana Department of Insurance, any further communication on the matter will be addressed in our correspondence with that entity as there continues to be a disagreement on the value of the file.

Gallagher Bassett informed myself and *** they will be covering a one night stay at a local hotel on a recorded line. *** confirmed themselves that Gallagher Bassett was covering the hotel costs on one night. Months later, *** is billing me and threatening to sue me and report to a credit agency stating that Gallagher Bassett is deciding to not cover it even though *** confirmed themselves that they were covering it. I called and spoke to Gallagher Bassett and they said to have *** send them the bill, however *** came back attempting to bill me. Gallagher Bassett customer care rep Jenny T. Stated the claims adjuster by the name of Monesia *** will be reaching out within 24 hours since a supervisor flagged it. However, Ms. has not reached out too me and neglects to return the call requests that the customer care reps send out too her.

We have received Ms. request for reimbursement of $190.00. A review of the file shows that Ms. claim was excluded by her policy terms, which was the reason that hotel bill was not paid. In further review, and in discussion with the client, that while the loss was not covered and therefore the hotel cost would not be reimbursable, the policy at the time of her specific loss was different than it currently is now. Due to that ambiguity in the policy language on that date of loss, Gallagher Bassett has issued reimbursement to *** for the $190.00 amount. A check was entered on 06/11/2019 and will be issued on 06/12/2019 to resolve the matter.

This is the worst company ever to try in do business with.Its been ever sense 2017 sense I got injured on the job .And this girl name Dashanna *** just will not settle .She rude,and hard to talk too,also I think she is cheap and just trying to save them. I hope the Revdex.com get involved more in these matters and hold these Companies liable for there actions.I see that I cant get anything done here now I'm force to contact the The *** myself and letting them know that Gallagher Bassett is nothing more than a fake ,sham,and a front. I got poke in the eye with price tin coated copper on the job and she try offer me 2000 even though it's a PERMANENT scar on my right eye what a ridiculous offer for being PERMANENTLY disfigured !this business don't deserve even one only reason I'm leaving this one I cause I have to

This team of people suck horribly. I had a claim open for over four months and had 8 different adjusters. The manager never returned my calls or emails and it was pure hell to deal with them. The sad part is that you don't even know that you're getting them as they are used as a third party vendor to other companies. If you file a claim and find that Gallagher Bassett is completing it, be ready for a headache that you will never forget.

We made a claim through Jetty Insurance for renters insurance. We were told a adjuster would contact us in 1-2 business days. It was over a week and a half till the adjuster, Tamara ***, fr Gallagher Bassett, the company contacted to handle our claim contacted me. Ever since then it has been close to impossible to contact our adjuster or her supervisor. I left sometimes upwards of ten voicemails in a day for her supervisor, not once receiving a phone call or email in return. I was told on Sept 21 that a check would be sent absolutely no later then three days later, it is now the 9th of October and a check has not even been cut.

We have reviewed Ms. complaint and request. Gallagher Bassett has been in contact with Ms. on multiple occasions on her claim. This included the initial contact at the time the claim was reported as well via phone on 09/10/2018, via e-mail on 09/12/2018. There is also contact via phone on 09/20/2018, via e-mail on 09/21/2018 with a request that Ms. provide additional information and documentation for her claim. On 09/24/2018, Ms., the individual assigned to Ms. claim, did indicate that she hoped to have the situation resolved within a few days, however, after reviewing the documentation provided, additional information was needed to confirm the loss. This required the need for Gallagher Bassett to involve a field investigator.
This information was relayed to Ms. via a phone call on 10/10/2018. Once the field investigator has completed their investigation, a further decision will be relayed to Ms. by Gallagher Bassett.

I made a claim against Steak & Shake and these were the folks they hired to carry out their investigation.
Right off the back, Lucas *** gave all the assurances of an impartial investigation, but then tired intimidation tactics such as questioning why I waited two weeks to report my incident when I had actually reported it the Monday morning after the Friday evening of the incident. He then asked me to provide information that the location of the incident had. He even asked me to return for photos, which I did.
I suppose they decided to push my case on some intern because I received a call from some young woman that basically told me that they found that Steak & Shake was not in fault. When I asked if she saw the video of the incident, she stumbled and told me that there was no incident. So I asked her if she looked at the video and she replied that the incident did not even happened. It was at that moment of that blatant lie that I knew the calibour of this company and that they were willing to outright lie and forsake honour for the price of an iphone.
It comes to no surprise that both clients, employees, and investigate individuals have qualms with their dealings with Gallagher Bassett Services. They are morally irreprehensible and lacking in class or taste.

Your response offered no new information, reasoning, or refuting of my claims of what happened. It was almost cold and form automated. A simpleton might have been entranced or discouraged by your machine-like response, but I am not. Your response could be applied to any ill handling of any situation found by large companies that prey on the private individual and will not suffice.
As a person that is self employed I deal with bad businesses on a daily basis and you fill find my will inexhaustible.
Thank you for your lackluster response. I had forgotten about this for the moment, and I find my will renewed in letting all of the people I know online about your shotty business and it's practices.
