I requested a roof inspection due to recent hail storms Mr [redacted] responded quickly to my request and arrived when promised His inspection was thorough and his manner was very professional He was the 2nd inspector to check our roof; the first one said we should replace the whole roof and our air conditioners too Mr [redacted] said that even though we had some granule loss from the roof, that the roof was actually in very good shape and did not need to be replaced The roof is years old I certainly appreciate his honesty

We had an excellent experience with Gallery Built when dealing with recent hail damage to our roof, windows and gutters The work itself was great and we are very pleased with the results But that alone wouldn't warrant a positive review First, they were very accessible and responsive when we had questions or issues, and they worked with us closely to coordinate schedules which was key given our lifestyle We don't like surprises or when contractors show up when not expected or don't show up when expected, and Gallery Built stayed in constant communication to minimize any of those important concernsSecond, we had a particular concern about how to fix expensive windows that required special care, and they were flexible enough to get a vendor who was especially capable to handle that request And third, they performed the work timely and efficiently and cleaned up when they were all finished We would definitely recommend them

GBRS provided excellent customer serviceBrian (owner) and Patrick (assistant) were prompt with every call, answered my numerous questions and concerns, followed up with the insurance company, HOA, and city permits needed for replacing my roof totaled by hailThe work crews showed up on time , were very polite, professional, and kept the entire area clean and safeBrian or Patrick checked on the the job from beginning to the end, including one day returning to clean one very small oil spot (size of silver dollar) on my driveway I would not have even noticed I highly recommend GBRS, and will use them again if ever needed in the future

The roofing company's rep, *** ***, met with us at our home and did an initial inspection of the damage of our home He also met with the insurance inspector to discuss the technical issues of what needed to be done
The team from Gallery Built Roofing came out the following Saturday morning They were completely finished with the removal and replacement of our roof within hours Including clean up!!

I cannot say enough good things about Gallery Built Just before I was ready to close on the sale of my house, the buyer did a final inspection and discovered the roof had severe hail damage from a storm that had just come through This could have delayed the sale for weeks
Enter Gallery Built Roofing First, they worked with the insurance company closely Then they agreed to start the work in days rather than weeks like other roofers were quoting Then due to the insurance company screwing up multiple times, they ended up scheduling the job three times, as it had to be rescheduled twice But, when the insurance company finally approved it, Gallery was there the next day to do the job
They finished the roof in a day (on a Saturday no less) and it was very high quality It looks great and the new owner will be very happy for many years to come My closing was only delayed by a few days versus what could have been much worse
Finally, since this was an insurance job, they did the entire job without any out of pocket costs from me and without waiting for a check from the insurance company
Any time any of my other houses need a roof, Gallery Roofing will be the first roofer I call I highly recommend them
