I requested a roof inspection due to recent hail storms. Mr. [redacted] responded quickly to my request and arrived when promised. His inspection was thorough and his manner was very professional. He was the 2nd inspector to check our roof; the first one said we should replace the whole roof and our air conditioners too. Mr. [redacted] said that even though we had some granule loss from the roof, that the roof was actually in very good shape and did not need to be replaced. The roof is 10 years old.
I certainly appreciate his honesty.

The company was beyond professional! Brian [redacted] and his multiple crews for our 3 separate claims within a 4 month span of disastrous tornadoes and soft ball size hail here in Wylie were such a joy to work with. We ended up needing a roof in December of 2015 after high winds lifted tiles, another roof plus gutters in March and in April it was a garage door, master bedroom windows and fence repair and staining. [redacted] was very knowledgeable and helped my wife, Shannon and I to get a firm understanding of what was needing repair and how to get it done swiftly and safely.

Gallery Built Roofing replaced the Shingles on my roof as well as others on my street with quality shingles, Turbines and new Gutters and Downspouts with quality workmanship in no time flat, and I couldn't be more satisfied! They even came back a year later to check the roof again and cleaned the Gutters while they were up there. FYI: Most Home Insurance Policies should cover your roof Shingle replacement if damage is shown to be present due to Hail or other weather related conditions that may cause your roof to leak and cause damage the inside of your home!

Brian is a fantastic guy! He came to my rescue after the hail storm we had back in April. I had to work with mortgage and everything else, so I wasn't sure how I was going to get anything fixed, but gallery built came to the rescue on my roof and did an amazing job! Anytime I need work done on my roof I'll be going to them right away.

We had an excellent experience with Gallery Built when dealing with recent hail damage to our roof, windows and gutters. The work itself was great and we are very pleased with the results. But that alone wouldn't warrant a positive review. First, they were very accessible and responsive when we had questions or issues, and they worked with us closely to coordinate schedules which was key given our lifestyle. We don't like surprises or when contractors show up when not expected or don't show up when expected, and Gallery Built stayed in constant communication to minimize any of those important concerns. Second, we had a particular concern about how to fix expensive windows that required special care, and they were flexible enough to get a vendor who was especially capable to handle that request. And third, they performed the work timely and efficiently and cleaned up when they were all finished. We would definitely recommend them.

Gallery is a great company to do business with. They did an excellent job on my roof. Replaced 4 panels and the entire roof. Cleaned up afterwards as well. [redacted] is a very nice and professional person.

I want to highly recommend Gallery Built Roofing Solutions. Due to severe hail damage in April ' 16 I had to have a new roof, new gutters, new Windows, and fence repairs. I had many roofers, etc. inspect and give me quotes.
Both Brian [redacted] and Stephen [redacted] were very informative, not pushy at all, came back several times to answer all my questions, and returned my calls quickly.
The work was done very quickly, and well and they cleaned up any debrie well. Also Brian consulted with my insurance co. several times to be sure they were going to cover all that needed repairs and he kept a close check on all the work when being done.

Did a good job. Brian [redacted] worked with what the insurance company gave and made it happen. Very helpful guy, then followed up to make sure all was good.

Start to finish, Brian and his crew were professional and skilled. There was no nonsense when it came to dealing with my insurance. I paid a fair price for a great new roof. I'd suggest Brian to anyone needing a a new roof.

This company is absolutely amazing! The leak in my roof was a difficult find. We had 3 roofers out before we found Brian and his incredible work saved the day (and my house)! VERY professional. VERY knowledgeable. This guy knows his business and he knows it well. I REALLY appreciated the fact that Brian took pictures of his "before and after work", pictures of the actual damage, and pictures of the repairs! EVERYTHING was documented, signed, sealed and delivered! I couldn't be more pleased and I PROUDLY recommended Brian and his crew for any type of roofing repair or new roof replacement!
