Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.If your system doesn't show any orders placed, then your system needs to be fixedI went through the entire order process about times with multiple payment methods, cleared my cache multiple time, logged in with multiple browsers, all with no success (I'm a web developer by trade, so I know many of the quirks that can cause eCommerce systems to get hung up) After going through all of this headache, I finally went in store to place this order, which was not ideal, because I was hoping to use my PayPal account, but I was able to get the order placedBUT, I was charged, yet again for the full price of one day shipping, because the in-store associate (who was very helpful and understanding), couldn't view my account history where I was offered free one day shipping for my troublesTo top things off, my shipment was delayed, despite the one day shipping request, but it appears I'm scheduled to FINALLY receive my purchase in the mail today.At this point I will consider this dispute resolved if the shipping costs for both of my orders can be refunded - a total of $by my calculations - as I'm tired of having to deal with it (I'm happy to provide my second order number via a secure channel if necessary) Regards, [redacted]
