Dear *** On behalf of GameStop, we apologize for this poor experience in association with our companyAfter reaching out to our Banking and Cash Management department to research this issue further, we were able to show that the financial institution linked to your brother's credit card rejected the refund, since the initial charge did not take place on his credit card, but on a PayPal account that was used to fund the original orderI was able to show that we had attempted to process a refund via PayPal in June when you reached out for further assistance, however PayPal had also voided the refund, but did not provide further information as to whyWith this in mind, since you are still owed a refund, I have partnered with our Accounts Payables department and we will be mailing you a corporate check for the amount owed of $425.99, since we are unable to issue the refund back to your brother's credit card or PayPalThis check will be mailed to your provided address of: [redacted] ***Our Accounts Payables department asks that we allow between 7-business days for this to arrive in your mailboxIf it has been longer than the provided time frame, please do not hesitate to let me know so that I can assist you further in ensuring that you receive you refundBest Regards, [redacted] *.|Revdex.com Liaison| GameStop | Service Matters
