CAMPER OWNERS AND FUTURE BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!!!!

WHAT A MESS!!!

I originally took my camper to the Gander outdoor store here in Jackson for warranty repairs. There was a small to do list of items needing repaired or replaced. One was to adjust the table in the dinette so it wouldn't lean. I was called to come pick up the trailer that all items had been addressed . We were leaving to head to Georgia that day. Upon picking it up, I quickly brought it to the house to pack it , opened up the slide out to find their repairman had ran screws through the bottom of my slide, so when it was let in and out it shredded the vinyl floor. Not to mention several other items that had not even been touched .
I immediately took the trailer back to them and they ASSURED me it would get taken care of. I told them I would bring it the first of November and to go ahead and order the flooring and any other items they needed.

First of November gets here and I took it to them. No flooring or trim had been ordered . They told me they would handle it immediately. Over the next two months we waited for the original vinyl flooring to come in from the manufacturer, which eventually came in around the first week of January . I had agreed with them to hire a professional vinyl installer to patch the damaged floor with the same floor as the original as long as it wasn't noticeable.
The patch was installed only to find out it wasn't even the same vinyl in my camper. So now I have a huge patch of a totally different vinyl in the middle of our camper floor.

I had contacted corporate around December when this wasn't completed in a timely fashion, but the shop manager felt the need to let them know that it had been handled and he CLOSED the case.
When Tim found out, he called me cussing- my wife will verify this.

So we called corporate back. They wanted me to pick out the new vinyl to redo the entire camper. I picked out something very similar to what we had. I let Tim know I wanted to be there when this was installed and needed pictures along the way.
The 28th of February, I was contacted by Tim the shop manager to bring my camper in and the flooring guy would be there to install the flooring Tuesday March 3rd. So I drop the camper off Tuesday, stop back by Wednesday and it hadn't been touched. Text Tim Thursday and was told it was going 'slow? when I asked how it was going. Then I was told they hadn't been started when I told him I was going to stop by.

Friday February 6th rolls around. I stop by that afternoon only to find that my camper still hasn't been touched. I then went up to the actual Gander store and got the manager involved. Russ was very helpful and truly seems to want to get this done correctly.

I get a call from Russ letting me know that the flooring guy was to install the new flooring sometime Thursday the 12th. Tim then sends me pictures on the 12th of what he called the final product. Then proceeded to smart off to me in a text because I got his manager involved.

I go by to look at my camper today and find wrinkles in the floor, torn areas in the corners. They were too lazy to pull up the flooring in our master bedroom and bathroom so now I have two different flooring a. None of it glued down . A melted spot on the old flooring in the master bedroom . My three year old could have done better.

Now Russ is going to have the camper sent to the Nashville store to straighten out what the Gander RV shop in Jackson TN has totally *** I'm over it! I've been nice for too long!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAMPER TO GANDER RV IN JACKSON TN FOR SERVICE!

The service manager TIM is a *** your camper up.!!!
As for us we own a 2019 Brand new trailer which has been destroyed and won't be able to take our kids camping for atleast the next month and it probably won't ever be right.

So far the manager Russ has been great to deal with,and I want to be clear on that.
