This issue has been resolved

The carrier that delivered to this address has been replaced I checked in today and the service is much better

We have confirmed with the merchant that the new business/owner at the location is accepting and honoring the certificates The customer was informed by our customer service team via email on 6-19- They are able to redeem their certificate

Mr [redacted] confirmed today that he did received his refund[redacted] ***

I do see that we missed the delivery for Mr. [redacted] on February 6th and offered to deliver the next day. We do not provide same day re-delivery. The online version is available daily in those cases where the carrier does miss a household. I do apologize for this missed delivery and... appropriate credit will be applied to the account.

We stopped the account for Mr [redacted] effective 5/14/ We applied credit to the account to allow for a full refund A refund of $is showing on the account and will be processed in the next - days I have not been able to reach Mr [redacted] by phone but I will continue to call and will email him a the [redacted] email address

I only see two recent complaints from the [redacted] There was a missed delivery with credit on August 18th for the Herald Times and a missed delivery on 10/with a request to redeliver the next day for Herald Times Any missed deliveries should be reported at the number, in the IVR or online Credit is an option for any missed delivery

As requested the account was cancelled with no balance on the account We have added to the Do Not Call List

Good afternoon, We have ceased delivery of this publication in our system and have also spoken with the independent contractor to ensure this product is no longer delivered We have also set up a field audit weekly to ensure the product has not been delivered to this customers addressI apologize for all of the inconvenience this may have caused and I am optimistic that this has been resolved for futurethank you,Amy

We did confirm that Ms [redacted] did place the order for a subscription with one of our kiosk vendors and made a payment of $ We found this order and found it was not started because the address is not an address that is deliverable by carrier for us We refunded the $to Ms [redacted] 's credit card on December 22, I did call Ms [redacted] this morning and asked her to check her credit card statements again for this refund

This customer has since re-started their subscription, do I still need to respond? Please review and advise Thank you!
