This company is scamming people. The product does not work, and not even sure it is the “Pure” product as they state. When thinking okay I should have known, an order shows in the mail for nearly $100. I quickly call and get a recording that first allows you to cancel but no conformation. They don’t tell you when you order that it is a 14 day trial and that it is almost impossible to cancel. They hung up on me 3 times and while I had capital one on the phone with me they stated they would credit me in full but then hung up again and we could never reach them after. Filed a dispute through capital one and waiting on the process to take place.

I sent you a message a couple of days ago stating that I finally received my full payment. Again, the request to the company was made for the refund and promised within 48 hours in the month of September. I finally received it by mail in January. I appreciate you looking into this and I do believe the only reason I received my refund was the threat to contact you. Thank you for your help.

I ordered their free trial ($.4.99 shipping and handling) and found a charge to my Visa for $89.99 I imediately called to see what was going on. I never lost so much as a pound. They said after 14 days without cancelling I was enrolling to a order program each month, never before did I hear about this program. I told the rep that I wanted to cancel she tried to offer me discounts on future orders, when I refused she said she would take care of it and cancel me, I was given a confirmation number and figured I was done. Three days later my Visa was charged $89.99. I called gave them the confirmation number but they refused full reinbursement saying they could only offer me 50% or 70% if they gave me a RMA and I sent the bottle back. I spoke to a manager and finally was told they would reinburse me 70% but no more. I told her I would contact the Revdex.com. Waiting for the 70% and am calling the Revdex.com don't get suckered into this scam!

I received a refund for the full amount today. Thanks for your help.

I called 888-613-5155 and spoke with Mr. [redacted], ID #1431038, to cancel my order for their product Garcinia Cambogia. I canceled the order because I have been receiving and paying (credit card) for this product automatically every month for quite some time. I take two (2) capsules daily and have not lost any weight. In fact, I have gained weight. Mr. [redacted] stated that I could not cancel the order because I am not in the system. I provided Mr. [redacted] the USPS Tracking #, in which he confirmed the product was shipped and received but he confirmed that my name did not exist in their computer system. Thus, he was unable to cancel my order. How is it that the product is shipped monthly to my house and the company is charging my credit card and I do not exist in their system. How in the world can I cancel this order and get my money back?

Review: The business offered a 14 day trial for the amount of $10.95. I received the trial and was then charged $172.34 on my card with no notice. When I called customer service he said that the second amount was also part of the trial offer and that there were no refunds.Desired Settlement: I would like to send the products back and receive a refund for the $172.34.

Review: Ordered a "trial" of Garcinia Cambogia for $ 4.95 NOT realizing that I had to response within 14 days if I wanted to cancel. Before I realized I had been charged, they had deducted 89.95 from my account. The first charge was for my trial and by that time, they had already processed a second charge for a shipment that was on its way to my house! I contacted them to stop all future shipments and charges. The would do nothing about the first charge and refunded me 50% of the second charge.

They indicate that their process is in the terms and conditions on their website, which it is; however there is nothing on the shipping paper that comes with the product OR on the main ad of the website.Desired Settlement: I would like the organization to have a greater level of responsibility of disclosure. The paper that came with the product said N/A for shipping and tax although, after the fact, they indicated that the $4.95 was for the shipping.

I would like companies like these to have to operate with greater transparency regarding their billing and pricing practices.

Review: In September 2015 I ordered a 30 day sample of Garcinia Pure & Green Coffee Pure for the advertised price of $ 5.99 for each sample. I did receive the product and was billed the $5.99 for each product but my next credit card statement was billed an additional $177.00 ( $89 from Eglintonketone (listed on my Visa) which was the Garcinia) and $88 from a company listed on my VIsa as Bloorgrncoff I called the numbers on my statement and was told I had marked a box for recurring orders, which I had not. If, in fact, it was marked, it was pre-selected by them. I refused any shipments. I first called 800-705-[redacted] on 10/17 & spoke to an agent named Elle. I was told I would receive my full refund in 48 hours. By 11/21 I had received no refund and called again, this time speaking to an agent named [redacted]. & was told a refund would be sent. I called again on 12/7 speaking to an agent named [redacted] & was told a CHECK had to be mailed instead of crediting my Visa and I would receive it no later than 12/15 which has not happened as today is 12/21/15Desired Settlement: I want my [redacted] credited for $177 or a check mailed to my address. I would also like a warning to future purchasers so they don't experience what I have.

The Credit card used for the order to this company in September of 2015 was closed in December due to the fact that the card was compromised. The company had been promising to refund my purchase since September so they had ample time. I finally received my full refund January 5, 2016 after numerous calls to the company and promises from them to immediately send my refund. I think my threat to contact your office may have finally done the trick. Thank you. You many now close my complaint but others ordering should be aware of the tactics of this company
