Review: I ordered a trial of the garcinia special reserve and I was only supposed to pay for the shipping, which was $4.95 but when they billed my bank account, they charged me for $88.95. Since there wasn't enough money in my bank account to cover that much I also got a $28 overdraft fee. The website states that you are only paying for the shipping (http://garciniaspecialreserve.com/try.html). I called the number and canceled my future orders after they overcharged my bank account and I tried to talk to someone about what they charged my bank account but the automated voice said thank you and goodbye and then hung up. When I tried calling back it said that your order is already canceled goodbye and hung up again.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund of $88.95 and also a refund of $28 for a total of $116.95

Review: On 1/30/2016 @ 1042am I entered my credit card information on the website to receive a trial of some pills. I was first irritated because it added 2 seperate types of pills to my basket and wouldn't allow me to remove them but it was only approx $5 so I proceeded to checkout. After the transaction posted I noticed in small writing it would be a trial of 14 days I would have to pay $79.95. I immediately called the number an cancelled the order. They sent me a confirmation email stating I ordered the product at 10:42 and subsequently cancelled the order at 10:42 & would not be charged anything further. I never received any product so in essence they were paid because I placed the order although I cancelled. On 2/13/2016 I was charged $79.95. I contacted them 3 times on 2/13/16 & was hung up on 3 times but the automated recording said the order associated with my number had been cancelled. I called again on 2/15/16 & [redacted] told me he would cancel the order at that point but it was past the trial period so I would not be refunded my money. I asked him how they could charge for a product I never received and an order that had been cancelled at which point he stated they had only cancelled one of the bottles of pills. I have yet to receive any product and have been charged approximately $90. I would like a full refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the trial order I never received and the $79 that should have never been charged on a cancelled order.

We are in receipt of you complaint on behalf of the customer.

We understand the customer frustrations and have responded to the complaint by

providing a full refund of $79.95 on 2/18/2016. Please allow up to 10

business days for the credit to show from the refunded date. Also, please

be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would

be charged for the full 30 days for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel

before the 14 days was over. The system does not and will not allow the client

to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he

acknowledges the terms and condition of the product. The customer is

automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask

to cancel the product. After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of

the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus

shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from

the customer service department to return the product and they will then

receive a refund. Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled

and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged. It was stated

in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check

out. The customer must call in and cancel their account before the 14 day trial

is over. If the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged

for the trial product and be subscribed onto our monthly subscription.

Review: I ordered there weight loss product as a trial and it made me sick so I threw it away and then saw a charge on my bank account for $89.95 I called there customer service to not only cancell any future delivery but refund what was taken out ofmy account with out my consent and they insist that I return the trial product which I had told them I had threw away and refused to refund the money.Desired Settlement: Refund of $89.95

Review: I made a purchase on line for PRIME Garcinia Cambogia from the website usegarciniacambogia.com on 1/3/6 for $4.95. I was offered to ad African Mango and delivery assurance on both products to my order. I did not click the boxes to accept these but saw still charged for the additional product and delivery assurance for both. I did not make a complaint to customer service at that time due to that I was only overcharged $7.93 and I did receive the additional product. On 1/18/16 I was billed an additional $89.95 to my bank account. I called customer service at the number provided: 1(888)316-1713 that day. The customer service rep was difficult to understand. She apologized for the poor phone connection, said something about terms agreement, and assured me that I would receive a refund in 5-7 days and would have no further charges billed. Today I received a credit of $13.49 to my bank account. I once again called customer service and asked what the amount credited was for because it was not the amount of the charge I received the day before or my original payment. He notified me that it was my refund of 15% the amount charged yesterday and was all that wound be refunded t=due to that I had 14 days from original order date to call and request no further billing. He insisted that it was in the agreement terms provided when ordering but I'm sure it was not and am still unsure what the charge was even for. I went back and checked the website and nothing was listed. There was no indication with my original purchase that there would be any further charges.Desired Settlement: I wound like a full refund of the $89.95 that I was charged on 1/18/15 due to that I did not agree to any further charges and was not notified that there would be additional charges. The website for ordering also should not charge for additional products and optional delivery assurance charges without customer consent.

Review: Charges applied to credit card before the 14 day trial period - Canceled within 14 days of shipping and charges already applied. Product did not provide results as advertised.

Product was shipped on 4/25. Was told I had a 14 day trial of the product and if I was not satisfied, I could keep the remaining product and no charges would be added to my credit card. I called on the morning of May 9 and told them the product did not show the advertised results and wanted to cancel. I found that they had already charged my credit card for 89.99 the day before which is 1 day before the end of the 14 day trial period. FASLE advertising. Billing prior to the end of the 14 days. I have the packaging list that shows the date in which it was send. I want them to return the FULL amount immediately.Desired Settlement: I want them to return the FULL amount immediately to my credit card.

I called 888-613-5155 and spoke with Mr. [redacted], ID #1431038, to cancel my order for their product Garcinia Cambogia. I canceled the order because I have been receiving and paying (credit card) for this product automatically every month for quite some time. I take two (2) capsules daily and have not lost any weight. In fact, I have gained weight. Mr. [redacted] stated that I could not cancel the order because I am not in the system. I provided Mr. [redacted] the USPS Tracking #, in which he confirmed the product was shipped and received but he confirmed that my name did not exist in their computer system. Thus, he was unable to cancel my order. How is it that the product is shipped monthly to my house and the company is charging my credit card and I do not exist in their system. How in the world can I cancel this order and get my money back?

This company is scamming people. The product does not work, and not even sure it is the “Pure” product as they state. When thinking okay I should have known, an order shows in the mail for nearly $100. I quickly call and get a recording that first allows you to cancel but no conformation. They don’t tell you when you order that it is a 14 day trial and that it is almost impossible to cancel. They hung up on me 3 times and while I had capital one on the phone with me they stated they would credit me in full but then hung up again and we could never reach them after. Filed a dispute through capital one and waiting on the process to take place.
