The Credit card used for the order to this company in September of was closed in December due to the fact that the card was compromisedThe company had been promising to refund my purchase since September so they had ample timeI finally received my full refund January 5, after numerous calls to the company and promises from them to immediately send my refundI think my threat to contact your office may have finally done the trickThank youYou many now close my complaint but others ordering should be aware of the tactics of this company

I ordered their free trial ($shipping and handling) and found a charge to my Visa for $I imediately called to see what was going on I never lost so much as a poundThey said after days without cancelling I was enrolling to a order program each month, never before did I hear about this program I told the rep that I wanted to cancel she tried to offer me discounts on future orders, when I refused she said she would take care of it and cancel me, I was given a confirmation number and figured I was done Three days later my Visa was charged $ I called gave them the confirmation number but they refused full reinbursement saying they could only offer me 50% or 70% if they gave me a RMA and I sent the bottle backI spoke to a manager and finally was told they would reinburse me 70% but no more I told her I would contact the Revdex.com Waiting for the 70% and am calling the Revdex.com don't get suckered into this scam!

This company is scamming people The product does not work, and not even sure it is the “Pure” product as they state When thinking okay I should have known, an order shows in the mail for nearly $ I quickly call and get a recording that first allows you to cancel but no conformation They don’t tell you when you order that it is a day trial and that it is almost impossible to cancel They hung up on me times and while I had capital one on the phone with me they stated they would credit me in full but then hung up again and we could never reach them afterFiled a dispute through capital one and waiting on the process to take place
