before the 14 days was over. The system does not and will not allow the client
to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he
acknowledges the terms and condition of the product.  The customer is
automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask
to cancel the product.  After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of
the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus
shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from
the customer service department to return the product and they will then
receive a refund.  Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled
and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged. It was stated
in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check

The Credit card used for the order to this company in September of 2015 was closed in December due to the fact that the card was compromised. The company had been promising to refund my purchase since September so they had ample time. I finally received my full refund January 5, 2016 after numerous calls to the company and promises from them to immediately send my refund. I think my threat to contact your office may have finally done the trick. Thank you. You many now close my complaint but others ordering should be aware of the tactics of this company
