Per Revdex.com Complaint #[redacted], on 10/6/15, I did receive a credit from Garcinia Cambogia Ultra of $85.95.  As of today, that is the only refund I have received from them, still leaving $56.17 not refunded.  I went back to your website and tried to respond to the original claim, but it says the claim has been closed and resolved.  It has NOT been resolved just yet!

I am rejecting this response because:
I was never issued a refund of the said amount of 25%. I contacted my bank and have confirmed that no refund was ever issued back into the original account. Again I am requesting the entire refund in the amount of $173.90 to be returned to my bank account asap. My next step will be to contact my attorney on any further action needed to get my money back and to ensure that this type of credit card consumer fraud does not happen to anyone else.

We have no [redacted], not staff that works at extensions. If this person had called us or written to us, we would have said this:I am so sorry this happened to you. You must beware of the companies that offer free samples. They get your credit card information by getting you to pay a small shipping cost...

and continue to bill you. No reputable company gives you something for nothing.  We do not offer free sample bottles, we never send automatic shipments or a subscription or auto-shipment.  We're sorry about the issue you are having with the product you ordered. Unfortunately, it looks like you did not buy our product. We understand the confusion as there are many different Garcinia Cambogia products out there with a similar name. Our product is called Garcinia Cambogia Ultra. I have checked our database and do not have a record of you ordering from us. What you can do is check the bottle for the product name, phone and/or email or you can check your credit card statement as well to find out who you bought it from. You can also ask the bank who billed you for this.  Then you can contact that company and see if they can help you. Sorry we could not help you further.
