Unfortunately, it looks like you did not buy our product. We understand the confusion as there are many different Garcinia Cambogia products out there with a similar name. Our product is called Garcinia Cambogia Ultra. I have checked our database and do not have a record of you ordering from us. What you can do is check the bottle for the product name, phone and/or email or you can check your credit card statement as well to find out who you bought it from. You can also ask the bank who billed you for this. Then you can contact that company and see if they can help you. Sorry we could not help you further.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was never issued a refund of the said amount of 25%. I contacted my bank and have confirmed that no refund was ever issued back into the original account. Again I am requesting the entire refund in the amount of $173.90 to be returned to my bank account asap. My next step will be to contact my attorney on any further action needed to get my money back and to ensure that this type of credit card consumer fraud does not happen to anyone else.
