After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of the product, they will be charged on the card on file a total of $94.90 for the bottle and shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service department to return the product and they will then receive a refund.

Review: I bought a trial offer for their product for $4.95, I noticed over a month later the company charged my card for an additional $89.95, I called my banking institution, they contacted Garcinia Gold customer service while I was on the line, the company explained I did not call and cancel my subscription in 14 days? I was unaware that by purchasing a trial offer of their product I would automatically be signed up for a subscription\membership that I would be required to pay $89.95 a month. I feel I was bait and switched because I went through all the steps of purchasing the "trial offer" and when it was time to enter payment information another add came up on the left side of the payment screen offering me a deal for an additional $89.95 (above the $4.95 I was trying to pay) I did not want to add anything else to the order so I skipped over the offer and entered my payment information. I feel that they did not have my permission to sign me up for a monthly membership I was simply trying their product which in the end, didn't even work. It was a hard lesson learned and I can honestly say they have destroyed my trust in buying or paying anything on line.Desired Settlement: I am not only hoping for a refund but I am also hoping that this company be held accountable for making a living off innocent people tricking them into believing they are buying one product when in fact they are preparing to take advantage of them financially by deceiving them. I am asking for any help and saving me and countless others from this kind of deception.

Review: I ordered Garcinia Cambogia online on August 4th, 2014. According to their website, it was a 30 day free trial and I would only pay the $4.95 shipping and handling. I called today to cancel the item, as I did not want like it. The first thing they said to me on the phone was that it would be not problem cancelling. I spoke to [redacted] and told him that I would like to cancel and he said it was not a problem. He then told me that I was billed $89.99 because it was after the 14th day of my order. Today is August 18th. The website clearly states that it is a 30 day free trial, so my complaint is, if it is a 30 day free trial, then why do you have to cancel within 14 days? It is then NOT a 30 day free trial, it is a 14 day free trial. If you don't cancel, they will charge you again, $89.99 for a 30 day supply. It is false advertising for them to say that it is a "free 30 day money back guarantee if not satisfied", but you have to cancel within 14 days.Desired Settlement: I would like for the $89.99 charged to me refunded in full.
